I came here with my dad a few days ago to return/ buy a new lipgloss. Michelle was extremely kind and helpful in the process. She allowed me to try on swatches beforehand and made sure I was content with the color. Her colleague offered me free samples of different items and even asked my brother and dad if they wanted cologne samples as well. Michelle truly ensured a positive experience for my family and we were all thankful for her help!

I had a lovely experience! I went in on Sunday with my sister to find a gift for our mom. Michelle helped us out, she was lovely, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient with us! She wrapped the gift beautifully and I will definitely be returning to this store because of her! ?

Jackie was such a pleasure to work with. She was very patient, very considerate, and very professional. My purchase was wrapped beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it.From my brief time in the store, I could also tell that the team on hand had a very supportive dynamic which helped to set a very calm tone to the store. As I waited for my purchase to be wrapped, I observed other customers enter the boutique and each and everyone of them was greeted and their needs assessed quickly. Some other luxury boutiques make patrons wait outside as if they are queuing to get into a nightclub. FYI- THAT IS NOT A LUXURY EXPERIENCE. The Oakbrook location, on the other hand, was comfortable and made each customer feel valued.The store is about about an hour's drive away from me which is probably a good thing or I'd probably stop by to shop more frequently than I should. It's definitely worth a visit.

When my family entered this location they thought that I didn’t belong there and kept staring at me. I also asked questions and she pretended that I can’t afford to buy the item. We felt so uncomfortable that I ended buying nothing and left the store feeling very angry!!!!! WENT TO THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION THEY TREATED ME LIKE A QUEEN? and going there again.

Stopped by today looking to buy some Mother’s Day gifts and honestly the whole time I was in there I was feeling watched and the women that was assisting me just made me feel uncomfortable… very judgmental vibes. This is my first time in a Chanel cosmetic store. I have never been treated this way at actual Chanel store, ever! Do better!

Buyer beware…bought an eyeshadow I did not like and returned it the very next day and they said that it was not resell-able and could not provide a refund to me. They then referred me to a customer service number, which I’m not sure why when they could have just returned my product and kept a happy RETURNING customer. I buy lots of Chanel products. Not only did they lose a sale because I was going to buy an eye cream, mascara, and an eyeshadow brush (upwards of over $200) but they lost a customer for good. Bought my Chanel products that I wanted at Von Maur and will not ever come back to this location again.

Hasta la vista baby!I'm posting this because my Finance' purchased over $500.00 in makeup and accessories yesterday. She didn't like how one looked on her so she went to return it today, all she did was open it, put a very little on her face and they wouldn't return it, not to mention they don't offer samples, They had the gall to give her a customer service number to call, so someone at goodwill is getting a deal today. Please don't patronize this place as there are many alternatives that do returns.

Very nice and hospitality customer service. All the staffs are super. My new favorite Chanel store on Oakbrook. Highly recommended.
