Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

“Very Secure & clean & convenient & priced competitively. There are 2 keypads for entry. 1 for your unit for use all the time, and 1 for the main doors after 7pm. Very loud alarm is activated, if you forget to use the keypad before unlocking your unit. This is great for security. And makes me feel like my stuff is that much safer.Bathrooms and the entire facility are clean. No dust or debris anywhere. Elevator is to the second floor is large and runs well. Lots of modern and easy rolling handcarts to choose from.There are several individual parking slots behind large garage doors, which you can use when the weather is inclement, or when you have lots of stuff to move in and out.24/7 access is super convenient, and very secure at night, because there's no one in the facility except for people with keycodes.There are also lots of security cameras everywhere in the halls and garage, as well as in the elevator. For those who feel a little skittish, there are pull alarms at frequent intervals throughout the hallways, in the style of the sort you'd see at Universities.Honestly, I've been at my unit moving stuff around until late in the night, and never felt in danger.And to top it all off, the temperature and low humidity inside the warehouse and in the units is controlled and perfect, through a interesting HVAC system that uses inflating baffles. I've never detected floating dust, and have never seen vermin either.I wish I'd found this place sooner!”
“Very nice groups of guys that operate this location. I had forgotten my hitch and had to go buy one, it was late in the day and they waited around for me to return. They were very patient and helped me tighten the new ball to my hitch as well. Check out process was very thorough also. Thanks again guys!”

I want to give a shoutout to this Ryder location in Bensenville/Elk Grove Village, IL generally, and Tony very specifically, who helped me find the equipment needed, and that too on a short notice on a weekend.
Anyone who works in this space knows, that currently, the coldchain work and other tempcontrol work is very busy during this ongoing summer time. Getting a dock high reefer unit on an urgent basis, and that too on a weekend saved me a ton of headache. Tony was able to help me find one, and book it for the time of my choice, and I have a very satisfied client, as a result!

The store located 8330 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706 was a store I didn’t frequent but now I went from customer to client. The employees name was Clay, he is 25 years old but his perseverance going out of the way to make sure the service was completed when most employees would have given up because of the “extra work” they would have to do. He has a great ability to communicate with people and literally guaranteed that I would get the service provided. “There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”
