We recently finished a remodel of our home and could not be happier with the finished project. We needed more space upstairs to fit our family. We added a full rear dormer, a double dormer in the front and a new roof along with siding. CHR Design & Build was recommended to us by our architect.CHR is very reliable, extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Maria & Christopher met with us often and were both extremely helpful and both excellent communicators. Both are very patient and took time to listen to what we wanted and they made our house better than we expected. Christopher even saved my dog from getting hit by a car as she wandered out the gate that we had left open. Maria did an incredible job of handling everything for us from the electric company (moved electric from above to below ground) to permits to managing the entire project. They even took time to get to know our little kids!Their workers were diligent, on time and respectful and very good at what they do. They work quickly and efficiently. Take a look at our before and after photos.We are so thankful for the work they did. Their prices are very fair and the work is very good. The company is very professional and we HIGHLY recommend them.

CHR Design & Builds is an amazing company to work with. I hired CHR Designs 2020 to assist me with full remodel for my townhouse. They completed floors throughout the house. They also painted the entire townhouse. CHR Designs was very professional and brought a lot of experience to the table. They guided me through the entire project from start to finish. They recommended several paint colors and floor styles that would improve the value of my home This is the second time I hired CHR Designs & Build. CHR remodeled our bathroom for us. It turned out beautifully. Both Maria and Christopher were very attentive to details and timing of the entire project, which included material delivery delays, multiple sub-contractor scheduling, village inspections, and even household quarantining!! They were easy to work with, communicated effectively, and made sure payments and scheduling were explained at each step. While the project took a little longer than we had planned, we are so pleased with the outcome.Services: Tile work installation

We have worked with Christopher and Maria for over 8 years with various projects. They and their staff are very professional and courteous to us and our neighbors. Our project is a coachhouse gut rehab and Christopher is very meticulous with his craftsmanship. He takes his time to make sure that the job is done correctly without cutting corners. We are almost done with the project, and we know that we will be in love with the result.
