As a social worker who has to deal with a LOT of agencies, I will confidently say that A2Z Medical and their staff have been a pleasure to work with! Always on time, respond quickly to patient's orders, follow up right away, always do their best to help with order requests, and most importantly - great customer service. LOVE working with A2Z Medical and recommend them to everybody!

Mike Patel was helpful and kind. The service was great. The store is nice and clean. It was helpful to get Walker for my mom. Thank you.

I walked in with a prescription for a back support and knee support, I had the best customer service. The girls at the front were really professional and helpful. They didn't have my size in stock, but they assured me that it would arrive to their location in a couple days. Based on my experience, I will definitely go back to A2Z Medical Supply for my future needs.

I went in, to get measure for compression socks. The girl was rude and needs to be nicer to the customers. I feel the person in the back office should of spoke to me and not deliver the imformation I needed by post-a-note. Your employee comments about my leg were insensitive. When working withe people that need medical supplies you should hire someone who knows how to handle people .

Terrible experience and I didn't even enter the store! I was dropping off my brother at the barber shop right next to this location. I was parked at the end mind you there was one other car parked along with myself. An employee comes out and starts knocking on my window yelling for me to move, then he even tries to open my door. He leaves briefly & comes back with a paper saying if I don't move my car it will be towed. Now I understand if the store was having high volumes of traffic, but no one was even in the store. Also they were closing in a half hour & the other side of the barber lot was packed. Was even told by the barber shop owners, that they called them asking if they knew who was the driver. I'm not mad, just think they should have some sense when it comes to small things like this. I just figure I share this experience so others are aware.
