Absolutely a pleasure working with Ultimo Motors North Shore! This was my first time purchasing a car from out of state without seeing it first. Scott (and Dimitri) were incredibly helpful and answered my many calls without hesitation. I had some delays on my end that did not faze them, and they were very knowledgeable about the whole process from inception to delivery. Their inventory seems wonderful online, and if this buying process is any indication I will definitely be a repeat customer of Ultimo Motors North Shore and Scott! I took a Porsche car from them, they gave it to me with a scratch on the right mirror. After transportation, they said that I had scratched it and asked for $3,600 for repairs. But I was easily able to prove otherwise, since I had photographs of when I picked it up. Be careful with these guys.

Alan and the team at Ultimo are outstanding to work with. I purchased my vehicle approx a year ago. It was noted the back fender needed a minor repair. Due to my schedule it was approximately a year later before I could bring the car in for service. Alan stayed in touch with me over the year and when the opportunity presented itself he made sure to accommodate my schedule and have the vehicle repaired. The back fender looks great. Can’t thank Alan and the team enough for great communication and service provided.
