The manager there has a very low IQ and he is very rude, definitely should be changed, for about 2 months my car wash sticker didn't work, finally he changed the sticker now I'm charged 2 times because he didn't cancel the first membership. I called and he sad that is nothing he can do and I should call the corporation to fix my problem. Still don't know how that person was hired and why they still keep him there.

BOUGHT A CAR WASH - THE SCREEN SKIPPED OVER MY CHOICES FOR SOFT TOUCH OR TOUCH FREE AND TOLD ME TO PULL FORWARD
HAD A CAR THAT ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER TAKE THRU THOSE STEEL WOOL BRUSHES HE CALLS SOFT CLOTH
WHEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT IT HE TRIED TO TALK TO ME LIKE I WAS STEALING THE CAR WASH OR LYING ABOUT THE WHOLE THING - IT DID NOT END WELL AND I SIMPLY LEFT BECAUSE THAT !@#$%^ WASN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION
SHAME ON BP FOR HAVING ANYBODY LIKE EUGENE REPRESENT THEIR BRAND!!!

I grabbed a breakfast sandwich on my way to work and within 30 minutes I had thrown up. I'm still getting stabbing pains 4.5 hours later. I should've known better but I needed something quick and on the go. I'll never set foot back in this place.

I was wondering how a gas station could have such low stars... but now I understand. Buy a monthly car wash, transponder doesn't work, go back in good faith five times to rectify it, basically just told it's fixed (never fixed). And attitude every time. Basically a shame, because if someone competent was running this spot they would be cleaning up

Not a single gas pump works. They keep restarting the system. You can’t pay inside and if you manage to pay it still will not dispense gas

I have been here multiple times and I have always had great customer service however, this time Rajesh [pronunciation: ra-esh] was a new worker that was working the previous times I have come. I not only got up charged my for 44oz drink ( triple charged ) but once my girl asked what we got charged for he responds and says that it's for our drink but the sign clearly states "69 cents". He then proceeded to be rude and I ended up paying the 5$ for a FOUNTAIN DRINK. The drinks are amazing but not for that price. Last time when there was another cashier associate I had gotten the same 44oz drink plus two candies for the same price. There's no way that adds up. Definitely be careful when this worker is there because he WILL up charge you and not explain or say anything that is logical.

Do not use car wash!!! Once pulling up to the brushes it sounded like it was tearing apart my undercarriage. Even when I was pulling out sounded the same. Definitely defective and needs repairs. I went inside to notify the front desk he had no idea what I was saying did not care at all.

Don't get the pizza trio. Came cold and taste like ass. Not the good kind either. Save your money and get something else.

Had purchased their monthly car wash pass since it was a great deal. It was perfect up until the wash was always out of service so I ended up canceling. Even after cancellation they still charge you ever month. I went in to the store after the first month I was charged after canceling and was given a refund. I have since been charged for 6 additional months. Every time I have called I get the same excuse or reasoning, “we have sent a message to corporate” or “it has been taken care of”. I called corporate and they stated the car washes are managed independently by the stores directly and they have nothing to do with that. So here we are with no resolution. Will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the 6 months of charges unfortunately. Make sure to check your statements if you have cancelled your pass previously.

Horrible customer service. One of the worst. I use to take my business cars for gas there and switched to a different station.Long story short the guy in the front saw me getting a self serve ice smoothie and the machine wasn’t working basically no ice just liquid sonI threw it out and got a self serve lemonade and went to front. He wanted to charge me for the drink with the broken machine. I told him i didn’t buy it machine is broken. He acted very unprofessional and rude. I called the manager just to let him know what happen he basically brushed me off. I’m taking my 5 cars and taking my business somewhere else. Very disappointed.
