On Feb 19th 2024 I bought a car from this dealership and gave them a cash deposit at 4pm. Sales guy was Dylan, sales Manager was Johnny Cappas. Hours later at 8am we arrived for final inspection and to collect the car on Feb 20th and we were informed that the car was not there, and that it had been SOLD. Apparently when you buy a car at this dealership it's not sold but they then host an auction and take bids on your car for more money. Sales manager told me this is company policy! This dealership has no soul. If you can avoid their business, I would highly suggest it.

The Service Department is Amazing!! I was having an issue with my car due to a an advanced recall on my car that was causing me to have many car issues and mainly ENGINE ISSUES! I was trying to stress how important is was to get my car seen or worked on asap so it didn't stop while I was driving as this is my only only form of transportation, and FORD CSP were so rude and unhelpful and I had called around to multiple ford dealerships and they were just as unhelpful and rude, nobody wanted to help and I was so overwhelmed. Lastly, I called Ford in North Riverside and I wished I'd called them first! Tim helped me right away and told me he's seen that issue and to bring my car in and was helping me every step of the way. My engine ended up dying on me the day before I was supposed to bring it in for this issue and I was able to get it towed and the whole engine fixed within ONE DAY!! I will never go to any other location, I trust this locations service department with my car 100%!! So helpful and every single one of them were so sweet and kind. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Where to begin... We spent three hours in a tent with blaring music and walked away without a vehicle. Experience overall was unimpressive. We had to speak with multiple people and it was unclear who was making decisions. We inquired about a variety of rebates advertised online and our eligibility, and rather than walking through eligibility requirements we were mansplained about how different dealers advertise rebates that they shouldn't and that they would "take care of all of the eligibility stuff for us." The biggest kicker and reason for one star is how they settled on pricing and financing for us. They spend about 30 minutes "crunching numbers" to come back with vehicles priced at MSRP (they never asked us about rebate eligibility) and two financing options that yielded vague numbers like "mid-600s" and were scratched together with a marker on the back of a piece of paper. One of the options was a "flex buy" which they explained to us two times incorrectly and calculated it at 3.9% when it should have been 1.9%. The manager also spoke over me to my husband and when I chimed in as a decision maker was incredibly rude and condescending. We went somewhere else and received $2300 in rebates/discounts and the correct flex buy rate at $1.9% for 66 months. Don't go here.

First let me say i would have given 5 stars but being handicapped they did not have anywhere for me to sit. Except in the quick lane waiting room, no seats in the repair check in or the parts department. I would assume this is so because of the remodeling project. I brought my truck to have 3 recalls addressed and a oil change. All were performed perfectly. They did have a shuttle service, took the ride home and they returned to bring me back. Everything went as smoothly as possible and I have no complaints.

I put a deposit on a vehicle. I am an out-of-state buyer speaking with the sales person. They told me the deposit would hold the vehicle on Thursday and put the deposit on the vehicle. Spoke with the salesman and told him I'd be in on Monday to purchase the vehicle, I was financing the vehicle through my commercial account for my business. On Saturday 8 PM the sales manager Johnny called and told me he sold the car. He advised me a deposit does not hold the vehicle. It's just a deposit. He told me he would refund my deposit Monday by 1 o'clock on Monday at 4 PM. He called me to tell me he has not refunded the deposit. He told me to call the little girl upfront for the refund . His words not mine. I have bought multiple cars from out of state dealers. Never had an experience like this. Stay away very shady.

My mom and I have been coming here since 2017 when we got her NEW ford escape. We've never had a bad experience until the last 2 times. My mom uses the app to make sure her car is working fine and in May 2023 she got an oil change. In August the app told her she had 9% oil left which makes no sense because she drives 5 minutes to work everyday she maybe added 1K miles from May to August. We went today September 28 because last night the app told her she had 0% oil. We told the service guy and told them it makes no sense and they told us it was normal. We also talked to a sales rep about how it wasn't normal for her to run out of oil this fast and they dismissed us. Yes we did check the oil level manually to and it was empty, we had to run to autozone to buy oil and put it in.

Anthony in quick lane is a liar and has been absolutely no help in getting a issue from months ago resolved. He has lied multiple times about getting this issue resolved. I have left a review prior explaining my issue and Anthony from Quick lane ask me to remove my 100% accurate review via text and still has not resolved this. This is a link to my previous review The only way to get a response from this place is to leave a bad review apparently

I visited them today, to look at a 2022 Ford Explorer ST. The price seemed reasonable, but when I asked if it was Ford pre-owned certified, he said it went through the inspection, but never stated it was certified. When we sat down, to price the car out, there was $1999 added to the price. When I asked what that fee was, the salesman told me it was for the certification. I looked at 2 other Ford certified pre-owned cars, at 2 other dealers, priced them out, and saw no such fee. You lost me, as a customer, as soon as I saw it. I'll go to a Ford dealership, that doesn't bang you, for something other dealerships give for free.

I have been coming here for a few years after having multiple negative experiences at another Ford. So far my experiences have been good. My service on my vehicle has been performed accurately. The cost of labor is higher seemingly but what can we do at times when you desire warranted work. The customer service can be hit or miss but I had a good rep. this time who communicated in a timely manner and they attempted to have my vehicle ready as promised. The waiting area is a bit dull but nothing that better lighting can't resolve. The cashier was courteous. As a long term Ford owner I do believe that some work on my cars should only come from the dealer despite the cost at times but the cost shouldn't always kill our pockets on the labor side.

Hi there! The negative reviews posted here seem to check out. Over-staffed and under-interested in selling cars. Half a dozen people creeping around listening to your conversation. None of them putting salt on the ice patches under the doorway to the sales floor. A self-proclaimed 20-year veteran of selling Fords and she had no clue about the vehicle we drove. They moved the circus from the mall across the street to Ziegler Ford. Take a drive by Ziegler, just don't stop to do business.

Posted on Google but wanted to spread awareness here. Don't use them. I put in a inquiry over the weekend for a used car and a sales person reached out. They proceed to inflate the price from what I am seeing on the internet and stated "When service works on cars, they add onto the vehicle price and that's how we don't LOSE on the vehicle." Typically before you post the vehicle online the car goes through service and pricing and after it is serviced the listing goes live. Not after the fact. I've worked in dealerships before and this is shady company greed. P.S. I have still YET to receive the service report that I requested. Case and point AND the just checked and the price went up more.

I Saw a new Ford Maverick on Zeigler Ford's website listed as available. Upon calling the sales associate, Jacklyn, said that the car was ordered for a customer and was already sold. The car was listed as for sale for MSRP. Later in the day, Jacklyn texted and called from what I'm assuming to be a personal phone number as it was thru iMessage and not a green text. She seemed to be whispering stating that the customer that ordered the truck may be backing out of it due to a home purchase and that it was going to 'the highest bidder.' She also stated that she wanted to get the sale from the other sales associates and stated what the highest bid currently was. I offered to go higher than that for reasons unbeknownst to me. I loathe the idea of dealer markups. Its not the customers problem that a dealer can not receive enough inventory but I digress. That evening I was texted by Jacklyn wherein she said they still had not heard from the customer that ordered the vehicle. I waited til the following morning to call to inquire if it was on the lot when I was met by a rude sales associate whos name escapes me stating that the vehicle wasn't on the lot. I stated that what was going on wasn't the least bit professional and then was hung up on by the sales associate. My family has bought and sold several cars since and during covid. We had seamless transactions with 2 Tesla purchases and 2 Toyota purchases but for some reason this stupidity seems to solely happen at Ford. I find it somewhat amusing as their own CEO has stated that the market adjustment bullshit will negatively effect them in the future. In this instance it did, I will never visit a Ford dealership much less any of the Zeigler family dealerships again.

Went in person to see a specific car there (about 2 or 3 months ago 2022 ) which was listed for about $28,900. Looked at it and pointed out the specific problems we had with the car, they indicated they would reduce the price by $1000.00 and that was it. So, we didn't drive it or look any further at it, and left. We were cash buyers with the money in our pocket, so you can imagine our surprise when we received an email today (January 2023) saying that same, very car was sold for $23,815 !!! Does that sound smart to anyone??? SOLD 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE North Riverside, IL - $23,815.00 Also this dealership has a strange environment, with an employee standing with their back to the office cubicle you are in to listen to what you are saying when the salesperson is out of the cubicle.... kind of very weird !!
