I'd give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could... I don't know why I keep trying to come back to this place, I guess it being the closest one to my house continues to trick me. The staff at this pharmacy is slow moving, rude, unhelpful, and they never have in stock normal medicine like Amoxicillin. Received a text that they were preparing my prescription only to show up an find out that they don't have it. Then the woman there told me to call another pharmacy and gave me the number. I asked if she could please help me transfer the prescription but she refused. I'm just trying to take care of my sick kid and you all are wasting my time. I left work in the middle of the day after waiting hours just to see someone to get this prescription in the first place, then this happens. My family will be changing pharmacies finally as this is the second time this exact same thing has happened and just one of many issues we've had with their poor work ethic and communication. CVS corporate should seriously shut this place down, its a disgrace to your brand.

Awesome service!!! at the CVS on Harlem and Cermak. Way to go! I needed a last minute flu shot for my insurance. And originally I went to the CVS on Oak Park & Roosevelt at about 7:15 they turned me away. said I just missed the cut off at 7:00. Thank God I didn't take no for an answer so I went to the CVS on Cermak and Harlem at 7:24 and got in and out within 10 minutes with my flu shot.Awesome service! This will be my new CVS.

i was in the drivethru line at 7:45. there was 1 car in front of me. Car finally left at 7:55. As soon as i pulled up, they pulled down gates. The pharmacist and techs saw me and completely ignored me. i was there 15 minutes before.

We were one minute late and the guy and the driveway said all the registers are closed and there was a guy in front of us and he got his prescription

The pharmacy technician woman who is white with blondish-light brown hair and wears glasses was rude. She walked up to the counter and didnt even greet me and then when i was walking away I smiled and said thanks and she just gave me a blank look and didn’t say anything. Very disrespectful. Overall, poor customer service experience I received from the pharmacy.

Everything was great! My experience was pleasant, very friendly and professionally handled with the staff on duty at time of my purchase. The Customer Rep I encountered upon checkout, he was wonderfully polite, gave a compliment and very professional. I love an easy and seamless transaction inside of the store as it makes it easier for the customer and they actually want to shop on-site vs. online. Great service like today will encourage more visits. Thanks!

If I can give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They’re hours are not convenient at all and the works can be very rude. But it wasn’t always like this the pharmacist used to be very nice but some young woman with dark hair and an attitude has made my last 3 experiences very unpleasant she big mad and need to find a way to not bring it to work.

Rude!!!! This pharmacy is very unprofessional the pharmacy tech named Annett is very rude and demeaning to others. Pharmacy deals with sick people in need of their medication and her negative body language and tone of voice does not help. No one on staff even apologized for her negative actions. All the pharmacy tech’s and pharmacist need customer service training. With working in healthcare you should be a little more caring, patient and understanding with your customers. I’m sure you’re not working for free. If this field isn’t for you, find one that IS. Annett need to be trained properly or she should take her rude self elsewhere. I will continue to spreed the word of how rude and unprofessional your staff is. If I had the option to rate less I would.

Very unprofessional, people should not be working in medical field, if they don’t care about people’s medical problems. My doctor sent a prescription on 4/26 and online said it’s being processed. I decided to call today and check on status. They said we placed it on hold because it was too expensive. Yes I know that I’ll pay $900 out of pocket for my medication, but at least they could have called me or emailed that they placed my request on hold. Now my medication is not going to be available until Monday. Annette who answered, didn’t care that I will not have my medication on time, she told me to call someone else. I will make sure to file complaint with Illinois Department of Public Health

I rarely go to CVS because time and time again poor customer service. I had to get a Covid test this week for work, I felt like hell and they are just a few blocks away. They did live up to their poor ratings ~ they lost my test! I needed this test for work and to get paid since I got this crud at work. Now, 4 days after the fact someone calls me 8:30pm to apologize to me that the test has been lost. They claim I wasn't checked in there's no test, they have no idea where the test is.... blah blah blah blah blah even though it was checked in on my chart that a test was received on December 19. Do you think CVS will pay me for the week? BECAUSE OF THEIR CONTINUED INEPTNESS, I am out a weeks pay. Of course, they don't care. Think twice before you trust them with your health! Idiots!

I love CVS they have a lot of good sales and programs that help to save money if your a bargain person like myself, the staff at CVS are so nice and helpful especially the CVS in Berwyn IL.
