I came in for a no cost tire rotation because I bought tires there at Forts. My vehicle was taken in pretty quickly, and I was out in a very short time. I always feel well treated at Forts. Chad Terlinde is a great service advisor , and if you have questions about anything concerning your vehicle, Chad will listen and explain what is going on and if further service is needed. I trust his judgement. Also, same with Eric Stahl. I trust his knowledge with Toyota products. Great people !!

Our Venza had an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well with both. I was waiting about 1 hour for the service to be completed.

I was in and out for an oil change in less than an hour. The customer service rep., Miguel was excellent. The service lounge was a bit sparse and could use a refresh.

I literally love the service of Fort's Toyota. They all are exceptional and very professional. I don't live in Illinois but I traveled back to visit family. My far malfunctioned (due to operator error-oops) and they were able to get it repaired in time for me to drive safely back home (1600 miles away!). If you are looking for great work and an amazing team, Fort's is the place!!
