Took my Rav 4 in to have my oil changed and whatever my warranty required to be done after a year of owning it. Scheduled an appointment by phone. The person I talked to was very polite and kind. I took it in and they immediately took it in. They were very efficient and my vehicle was done in no time. The people were all nice and I would recommend this place. Thank you all!

This was my first visit to Fort's Toyota for a warranty provided 5000 mile maintenance check. All of the employees were very kind and professional as they explained the service I would receive and gave me a tour of the facility for my wait time. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, and they offered an assortment of complimentary beverages. I was given text updates during the service and a follow-up text summary of the condition of the vehicle. I felt the experience was top notch!
