“I have been a member of the Energy Fitness + Well-Being family since 2014, and since relocating to another state, I find great value in my virtual membership. Health and wellness are priorities, and each programmed session is tailored to help participants reach and exceed their goals, whether that is building strength, speed, mobility, recovery, nutritional balance, or personal well-being. Energy offers a variety of options including small group or private sessions, with strength training, spin, & yoga. I highly recommend Energy Fitness and Well-Being ....you will never regret becoming part of this family.”

1147 Oak St, North Aurora“Pros: Good location. Decent price. Haven't seen any "lunkheads". It's usually not too crowded. Cons:They burn scented candles, which gives me a headache. They only let you pay bi-weekly instead of monthly, and no studio classes.”
“Coach Armand really has has done his research in the art of the sport. He teaches you what you’re doing rather than just telling you to do just to do it. Definitely recommend taking classes!”

11 John St Ste C, North Aurora“I've tried a handful of gyms in the area but Fox River Strength & Conditioning is easily my favorite. The gym is huge and well maintained. The community is my favorite part. You have everyone from almost every walk of life and everyone is so supportive and welcoming. It's also one of the only gyms in the area that follows its own programming. Tom, the owner of the affiliate, does the programming and is very knowledgeable about progressive overload and corrective exercise. I've been training my entire life but since starting at FRSC 6 months ago I've progressed SO much! CrossFit can be a bit intimidating but I promise you'll love it! The first week is free and the first month is discounted so you can try it out.”

“One of the best gyms I've been a part of. The team is excellent and very helpful with tips. The best part about Barbell is that the people that go there, go there to work hard. You don't see a bunch of people standing around taking pictures of themselves. They create an awesome environment.”
