This is our go-to Bath & Body Works as it is in a convenient location. Always a consistent experience - staff is friendly, long lines at the register but they move quick and we continue to shop while we wait. Only very minor complaint is that they never, ever have enough of the popular scented candles in stock. I should know by now that when I find one I like, I need to stock up because they will - for sure - be out of stock. This year's frustration? Sugared Snickerdoodle!

I like this location it's pretty close to me. They always have what I want and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have changed a lot of their formulas and products without harmful ingredients which is great! Highly recommend the stores! Who doesn't want soft skin and to smell good!

Nice store but they are way too pushy and overly talkative when clearly I understood it the first time that the candles are 3 for $75. Please let me shop/browse in peace. And no, I don't need a bag.

Great Customer Service! The store was well organized with an open concept. I was able find a scent I couldn’t find at my frequently visited BB&W, or anywhere for that matter!

I absolutely love the North Aurora location! Missy and Sheree (Sherice) are always so nice and helpful! I go out of my way to go to that location.

Wish they had more gel soap instead of so much foam soap. Lines are usually long during sales but staff is friendly and helpful!
