The sales manager has yet to return my call after 2 weeks regarding my refundable deposit. Was given the run around being told who handles it requiring multiple phones calls. Per Volvo USA the dealer handles the refund and a ticket was opened. This has yet to be resolved. Very poor communication and customer service for a seemingly simple problem/solution.

Place is a joke. Showed up a little after 7 ready to look with intent to purchase in the next week. On google it says they’re open until 8 and the sign on their door clearly says open until 8. After browsing cars in the lot with no one coming out to assist, we walked up the the door and were about ready to walk in when we saw someone inside start to walk toward us. Thinking they were about to open the door and greet us we waited just outside, instead they LOCKED THE DOOR and walked the other way. At 7:35 they closed shop. I knocked on the door and the guy reluctantly opened it to ask if he could help. We said we’d like to look at a car. He said they closed at 7 now because of new ownership a few months ago. No offer to assist us or even make an appointment for another day. No apology for the incorrect time listed ON THE DOOR WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF or on the website. That’s ok. You know what? There are other companies that actually want our business. We will shop elsewhere.

I had to leave a review and give this place 5 stars after my experience with Juan! He helped me find my dream car and gave me all the information I needed to know about it! He was such a great person and this is an amazing place to go to when looking for a new car!
