This shop takes advantage of women- they use the cheapest parts they can find even if it's not for your model. Annie, is a complete and utter monster- she will proudly say "yes ma'am" when you bring it to her attention her mechanic lied, she lied, and intentionally caused more work that "needed done." I ended up going to the dealership who clarified every lie about my part not being made and shed some light on who Annie and Todd truly are. If you own a small business and you think the only way to keep it open is ripping people off during times of economic crisis, you need Jesus and a business degree. Neither of which they have. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I regret having gone to repair my car there they have Escro, I bring my car with an engine heating problem they analyzed and they asked me to pay $375 to replace the parts that were damaged that caused the heating of my car, three days after my car to heat up again I went home for that, they charged me $100 again for the analysis when they were the ones who had not done I would advise you to never put your feet there they are badly polite and they don't do the job good.

They have a decent selection, and an ok price range, for a smaller car lot. They do NOT however clean their cars up. Seems they take them, as they get them. Most cars had new tires on them, but the inside of all cars "I" drove were filthy. There's also no bending on displayed price.

Great place to purchase a used vehicle. In 2017, I purchased a 2003 Chevy Venture. The Venture lasted 5 years with minimal repairs and was over 210,000 miles. In 2022, I purchased a 2008 Saturn. Outlook. Unfortunately, the Saturn only lasted 1 year. But, I would purchase from TCB auto again.
