SAMI agents helped me find the perfect apartment! After looking at other housing options, I can attest that nothing compares to SAMI. I'm so thankful for the patience and kindness that the SAMI agents have shown me. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. They were even able to show me specific units based on my wants for an apartment. I truly believe that SAMI is the best housing choice for students, there is literally no way to go wrong choosing SAMI!!

I chose SAMI because it offered us the best price to convenience/amenity ratio in the BloNo area! The price I got for my unit plus the fantastic amenities that are available are simply unmatched. Our leasing agent was also so incredibly kind and helpful, and met us where we were at so that we could streamline the signing process even more! The value for money and above and beyond tenant support is why we ended up choosing to rent with SAMI!

I have had the best experience renting with SAMI! From the moment I toured my apartment last year, I felt like I could truly trust and depend on the staff to make me comfortable in my new apartment. It is evident that they care about their tenants and I have always felt very appreciated. They were very accommodating for my ESA and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. The property I live at is a great price point for the amenities that they provide and it truly feels like a home rather than a college apartment. I resigned my apartment for the 24’-25’ school year yesterday and I could not be more excited! I would recommend SAMI to anyone!

My roommate and I are transfer students who just moved in this fall and leasing through SAMI was one of the best decisions we made. We are in a perfect location super close to everything and the interior of the apartment is everything we could need and more. An added bonus is the amazing neighborhood that also leased through SAMI who live in the building with us. Everyone for the most part was super inclusive and inviting and made it really easy transferring in giving us some automatic friends in a place where we came in not knowing anyone.

This is the best experience I could’ve asked for when signing on my first apartment! SAMI was super accommodating, helpful, and professional when navigating the leasing process. They are super good about maintenance requests and we love living at our complex. They really care about their tenants and make the rental process stress free. I can’t ask for anything better! If given the choice I would always choose SAMI!

SAMI was super helpful with creating our lease and being timely when signing for an apartment. The staff was so friendly over the phone and answered all of our questions. We just signed our second lease with SAMI, and for our current apartment they have been super understanding with the work orders we have put in, and got the problems solved as quickly as they possibly could.

I’ve rented through another rental company on campus and it was not a pleasant experience. However, I have renewed my lease for the 24’-25’ school year. The maintenance workers are caring and hard working & all of the office workers are available to answer questions pretty rapidly. All in all, I have had the best experience here with SAMI and currently recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look at SAMI’s first!

I am currently staying at a Sami place and enjoy it so much I resigned my lease! The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to! All of them are knowledgeable about their apartments and can answer any questions. When looking for my first apartment I was a little nervous but they helped me and made the transition super easy! Also their apartments are very nice and well maintained!

The apartment itself is extremely nice. The first floor has a wide open plan with a large kitchen and living space. The one and a half bathrooms are great because there is always one accessible. The bedrooms are nice and have good closet space. SAMI is also very quick to address work orders. I put in two work orders and they were done within two days. The walk to campus is not bad at all, and its through uptown which is very nice. The one downside is the large difference in room sizes. It's pretty significant, but if having a smaller / larger room is not an issue with you and your roommates then it doesn't really matter. Overall, though, it's a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I give Sami a five star review for a variety of reasons. First, the staff members that you work with from the start are nothing but pleasant and helpful. They helped me find an apartment that was perfect for me in the price range I asked for! After moving in I was provided with new furniture where it was needed and every single time I needed maintenance, there was hardly a wait time before things were handled! As a student juggling a million other things, I rest easy renting with SAMI! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in Normal, IL!!!!

Our microwave barely worked, we would have to turn it on repeatedly for it to work using the circuit breaker. The building was run down, the front door was cracked along the spine and the utilities and rent were absolutely not worth the quality of the apartment. Although they're no better than young america or any of the other realty companies out here, they all know they can scam college students because we don't know enough and individual landlords in this neighborhood can't compete. Good luck living at ISU!

After doing a lot of research on who to sign with, I decided to go with SAMI. Their team is so attentive during their phone calls and will always answer my questions to the best of their ability or find someone who can help me! Aside from this, their apartments are beautiful and they provide very detailed virtual tours for out of state people.

I chose SAMI apartments mainly because i’ve heard nothing but positive things and honest reviews from friends about them. People that live in SAMI need help to fix something or have an issue about something SAMI fix it right away. When I call the office I don’t have no problem with them and they are very helpful.

I chose to stay with SAMI for many reasons! The first reason was that they were so beloved by so many of my friends, who are students that recommended me to check them out. Many of them had prior experiences with other apartments here and were either switching to SAMI or already loved it. Welcoming and engaged staff are always important factors in my decision making process, because they reflect the morale of the company in my opinion. Everyone was really nice and they were really organized and thorough. I also went on a tour with an amazing guide who walked me through everything I needed to know, and answered all of my many many questions. The properties I was shown were gorgeous and I immediately saw myself residing in them. Also, the proximity to campus being so close was really important which led me to choose them. The prices are very affordable! I'm happy to be a future SAMI tenant and can't wait to move in.
