Website and Google says they're open at 8:00 am Saturday morning. I have a tire that needs a plug. Please update your website and Google if you're not open on Saturday. I spent the night thinking they would be open right away in the morning. It's 8:30 so I'll have to find somewhere else to get this fixed.

Stopped in at 720 this morning and waited until 730 when they opened. Needed a flat repair or my spare put on. I was the only customer there and I was told it would be a few hours before I could be helped. I worked for the company for 13 years and was a manager for over half of that time so I know exactly how the business works. Poor service by Tony in my opinion. I know that's not how Pomp's trains their managers to be.

They did a wonderful job on my old chevy Silverado and I will be going back to get some new tires here soon. I recommend this business to anyone who cares about their vehicle. I rate them 100%

I have used them for service for trailers, trucks, and cars. Their prices were a bit stiff, but the the work was done correctly and on time. I've upgraded them to Great for this reason, they honor expensive warranties. The background is a $2200 brake job done in May. It oddly required taking apart a huge amount of parts on a diesel van. Sadly, the same symptom appeared, if intermittent. I returned the van for diagnosis. The part they installed was defective. They honored the warranty. This also required them to change the oil for free (must be drained to access the bad part, a long story). Cost $0, as the part was indeed defective, a brake booster diaphragm had broken, again, in a most inaccessible place. That, to me, was honorable. They stood behind expensive work, and it's work not easily done because 1) it's a diesel van with no room in the engine compartment and 2) repairing this part-- and blame Ford-- requires tearing out most of the front of the engine compartment to get to the bad part, drain the oil, and re-assemble with very little room. The tl;dr: Upgraded because of an honored warranty claim due to a bad part they'd provisioned. Stellar.

This place is flying completely under the radar. I received outstanding service!!! I had a tire that blew off the rim and needed two new tires immediately. After searching all over Bloomington could not find anybody that could get the tire I wanted for at least 3 to 4 days. This place did not even come up in the top 10 searches for Bloomington tire stores. After digging further I found Pomps. And they were less than a mile from my house. After talking to Connor he said he would order the tires and try to get them in today or tomorrow. Ended up getting them in today and my car was finished and out of the shop and in my hands by 5 o'clock. Did not try to upsell me. An amazing price For the exact tire that I wanted. And as I drove home I realized that the shudder I have been experiencing for the last few months is completely gone! My husband passed away and when my tire blew I had no idea where to turn. Completely at everybody else's mercy because I know nothing about the car. What an absolute godsend this place is. Thank you Connor!!! And thank you Pomps! I pray your business increases tenfold.

My 14 year old son, who LOVES working on his four-wheelers & go-kart will sometimes bring his tires to Pomps when they are flat or need a new valve stem. The guys working there treat him with respect, even though he's just a kid. They go out of their way to help him. They also do my synthetic oil changes on my 2010 Fj Cruiser, and keep her running like a charm! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank you so much to guys over at Pomp's. Last week I had a PTU failure on my Ford Flex that left me stranded without a car. Kevin and Konnor in the office kept me well informed as my car was being diagnosed... after parts were ordered it was all finished in less than a day! John M. Worked on my car and I couldn't be happier. He's been my go to for repairs for several years now. Over the years I've noticed his attention to detail when working on cars. He's always pointed out things to keep an eye on in between oil changes. Thank you John and the rest of the team at pomp's in Bloomington.

My daughter was in Bloomington for school. She took her vehicle here with a flat tire. She requested a specific Goodyear tire ($171) to match the others. She was told it would have to be ordered. The next day they put on the new tire. She didn't check the tire. Back home now, I was taking the vehicle in for service and noticed that the new tire was not in fact Goodyear, but a much cheaper tire ($100).

We had 2 shredded tires in a matter of 15 miles. Pomp's ordered the tires we needed. Came out and changed the tire, let us park overnight in their lot. Changed the spare and had us back on the road. Great service and very nice people working there. Thanks

Called in and ordered a tire and was told it would take two days. The next day I get a call telling me my tire arrived, with 20 min left till they closed to pick it up. Then was told that the man I spoke with was going on vacation and he would leave a note with the person the next day. Get there and they aren't open 10 minutes after they're supposed to open and an employee was just sitting in his car not helping. Suffice to say I will not be going to this establishment for service.
