The process should have been faster being that we were paying cash for the new vehicle. We have purchased other places and it was much faster paying with cash, so I'm not sure why the wait was so long to buy this one. The salesman was prompt and was great at his job. He was attempting to speed it up, but just couldn't do it, perhaps finance team was the issue.

I came here for routine maintenance from Champaign after some issues with the local VW dealership. Shannon in VW service rocks! She was unbelievably friendly, and she really knows her stuff! Also, she's taking care of about 12 different guests and employees all at the same time, while smiling and laughing. I loved how thoroughly she went over the vehicle inspection with me at the end. Without a doubt, I will be coming here for service from now on.

I took my 2 year old Atlas here for tire rotation and oil change. The service was amazing and attention to detail was impeccable. Their staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and I really appreciated all their kindness. I highly recommend them for all services needs!

Edit: Three months later, after multiple texts, phone calls, and finally calling the owner. I got my check with no apology or anything to make what they did right.I was very unhappy with my visit here. First I went to look at two vehicles and checked to make sure they were there the day before we came. I received 3 voicemails saying both cars were available. Upon getting there the vehicle I came to look at wasn’t even there. We agreed that they would do a dealer trade and I gave a deposit. I specifically told them what features were a necessity for me. When the vehicle got there it did not have the features we discussed. The salesman and manager tried to tell me that we discussed a window sticker for the car and we never did. They tried to tell me this feature wasn’t available on any cars currently, after they had told me they would get it for me. Then I found two cars with everything I wanted online and sent to them. They told me neither of these vehicles had what I wanted and sent me window stickers for these two cars. The vin number on these window stickers weren’t even the same as these two cars I sent them. Then after telling them I wanted my deposit back they said they would post the vehicle online. The car had been posted online the whole time. Fast forward to a month later and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. The salesman and manager keep telling us the will look into it. Don’t go to this dealership unless you want to be mistreated.

Overall, the staff, quality of work, and access to a loaner went very well. My only issue is that the total cost for work is easily 2-3x what can be done by another source and the value/cost ratio is not ideal.

The customer service here was amazing. SHANNON is a Rock Star! She cares and she made it so I could get in before my warranty expired and the issue was resolved. I had called two other dealers and they could care less of my issue. We need more Shannon's out there. Keep up the great work. We will be back.

Went in for service and they completed half the items that needed attention. Questioned the billing and the Service Manager Shannon admitted they were overcharging items and lowered the price by $500. They had to order the remainder of the parts, two days shipping then they would call to set up the next appointment. That was over two months ago. Shannon won't return my calls, the service department won't acknowledge if my parts that I paid for have arrived, and they try to schedule a follow service for over a month out each time I call. Terrible experience and don't recommend.

I needed a tire replaced and there was a mix up for my initial appointment but the team in Bloomington went out of their way to take care of the issue and make things right. I really appreciated their approach and customer service and will definitely switch service providers to this location.

The sales associate, Horeb, told us about how the car compared to others we had discussed. He also encouraged us to take the car on a test drive, so he could highlight the features of the car and its performance first hand. We were very pleased with the time he took to help us see how much we liked the VW Atlas we ended up buying.
