Adrian assisted us in purchasing our second Tempur Pedic mattress in 13 years. We love Tempur Pedic and their mattresses are the most comfortable and durable. Zach from the Normal store worked above and beyond our expectations to resolve the issue with our older motion bed. When the problem could not be solved he made arrangements right on the spot for a new one to be delivered tomorrow. Thank you

I had a FABULOUS experience buying my new mattress, pillows, sheets and mattress cover! Adrian not only answered all of my questions, but listened to me and made recommendations specific to my needs. I never felt pressured by him to buy anything, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I truly needed to obtain the best sleep possible. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive without hovering over me, and asked the appropriate questions in order for me to make an informed decision.
