CollegePlace Uptown is truly the premier location for off campus residence. I have enjoyed three lease terms as a resident without any of the BS I've heard of other people dealing with amongst their competitors. They have a model unit that they use exclusively for tours so I've never had to have strangers touring my own unit. My entire stint here has been seamless and the staff has always handled my requests promptly and politely. Special shoutout to the maintenance crew John and Wes! The leasing staff is great too specifically Teagan and Mariah. Thanks for such a great experience!

This is simply the best on site management company in the Bloomington-Normal area. Work orders are few and far between but when one is entered it is tended to quickly. Questions are answered with the same urgency. Teagen runs an exceptional team and let's not forget the spacious apartments. Can't say enough great things about CollegePlace!

Collegeplace is the best apartment to be at while attending ISU! The residents are always nice and respectful and the complex itself is always kept clean and in tiptop shape. Since living here I have had no complaints about anything. Teagan and his team are all amazing and are ready to help you whenever! Out of all the places here on campus this was the best choice. Thank you Teagan and faculty for making this a wonderful living experience for me and the rest of the residents here!

My daughter loved living there. She said the building was always clean and the rental and maintenance staff were awesome. And, she loved having everything in one place!

I can NOT say enough about Teegan and the rest of the crew at College Place Uptown. From the first phone call, walking us through the painless process of getting out daughter in a safe, clean, close to campus housing!! A HUGE thank you! Other places we called just did not compare!! We are happy ISU campers:))

I was exhausted by doing apartment walk throughs all day. As soon as I went to CollegePlace Uptown, they had so much enthusiasm. They were very detailed on highlighting all the aspects of the room and what makes them different from the other models they have. They have so many amenities and such an engaging community with the apartment building. Definitely a location to considered when looking for an apartment.

College Place Uptown is a great place to live. The building is always nice and clean and the maintenance department has always handled any maintenance request in a timely manner. Best part of all the management team is awesome and always ready to help, especially Teagan thank you CPU for a great experience.
