We had to drive 3 hours to get there and we were running close to when they close and Steve enthusiastically told us to come on up there. While we were driving there Steve got all the information he needed from us to make a trade for our car if we decided we wanted the car we came to see. When we arrived they were outside waiting on us with the car we wanted ready for us to look at and test drive. Everything went very smoothly and quickly and we got the trade and vehicle we wanted at a good price. Steve and Mike were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Kelsey Phelps was absolutely AMAZING! She was NOT pushy or overbearing. She was very informative when I asked questions about my new Subaru Crosstrek. In fact, her background is in Mercedes, which made her even more phenomenal!! I would recommend her to EVERYONE !!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent purchase experience at Bloomington Normal Automall . Three days after acquiring my vehicle, the check engine light illuminated with a message indicating "engine malfunction power reduced."
Additionally, I discovered that one of the headlight bulbs was not functioning.
When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, I was met with an unsatisfactory response. I was informed that "mechanical items can have faults at any time" and advised to visit AutoZone to read the diagnostic code. The dealership offered no further support or solutions, leaving me with unresolved issues and a sense of abandonment.
The lack of accountability and customer support in this situation is unacceptable. Given the poor handling of my concerns, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
On the day of the purchase. The financing manager was not there so they had a sales manager whom had no idea what she was doing. I expressed my concerns to her that she was not competent and was told that I can just come back when the financing manager is there. Absolutely, no customer service skills.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. I was looking to sell or trade in my car. They quoted a price to buy my car with the price good for five days. We left the car at the dealership overnight, planning to solidify the sale the following day. They then called and lowered the price by $2,000. My daughter called the manager and he was extremely rude, mean even. Over the years we have purchased seven cars from this dealership when it was Sudz and then after they changed owners. We will no longer buy from here or use their service. Leader needs to up their game. Bad service can have a long term impact!

Cannot ask for a better experience here. It was a two-hour drive for me and I had a trade in. No surprises upon arrival, and there is no hidden packages or third party services. Overall seamless process. Shout out to Joe Rappa and the General Manager Michael!
