Went here previously with my fiance to get his phone fixed they were friendly and had excellent costumer service. When I went in today for a problem they fixed it relatively fast and I was able to use my phone again after weeks of not being able to use it. Definitely will be returning.

Worst service ever! Don’t go there. They don’t provide you any refund back if you just change your mind to get a phone. They don’t tell the prices before , only after you making prepayment. So I do not recommend anyone to go the company! And they didn’t give me the refund for the service I didn’t even get!!!!

Worth the trouble of finding it inside of the mall. I recently visited here because I couldn't activate my phone I just bought at Walmart. (Usually I have no problem). An young Asian gentleman helped me out and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained step by step what could happen and what will happen when it comes to billing and phone service. Did didn't rush me either. It did take awhile at around 40 minutes because my phone gave him trouble and he had to call boost customer service. I don't mind as I was able to walk out with it working perfectly and didn't have to return later on. I will return to this Boost mobile if I need any more help in the future.
