I tried for weeks to get a fan replaced on my cpu. Everywhere I asked had a two week turnaround time. I spoke to Tim about my issue and made arrangements to have the cpu fixed. His timeframe for the repair was same day and I was skeptical. He was able to get the part same day and made the repair within an hours time. The cost for the repair was less than any other place quoted me for diagnosis without repair. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My whole network crashed and I had been on with tech support for hours and hours. Finally called these guys and Tim had me up and running right away. Quick response and very knowledgeable. A++

Tim was everything I could have asked for. Responsive, quick to reply and extremely helpful. I called him to help me with a home network issue and he was able to come same day to help me out. Got me back online and back to work in a couple hours. Fast forward to referring him to a family member of mine and let’s just say his customer service is nothing shy of amazing. If you’re reading this and considering giving him a call for a big issue or a small issue don’t think any longer just pick up the phone and give him a call. Honesty is his #1 policy

Whoa! I use Yelp for most service related inquiries. I have been having computer problems (Microsoft update related mostly) for months. I found this company, lacking reviews, but gave it a shot. I received an email shortly after my initial inquiry with some potential fixes...free of charge... As I am not the most IT experienced folks I tried the fixes but they did not work, mostly because I was not sure what I was doing. I asked, earlier today, for an in home visit. Tim (the owner) responded immediately. He was here EARLY and solved all of my problems. I am a contract employee so I do not have IT support. This is a good business. Solved my months long problems and cleaned up some additional issues I wasn't even aware were affecting my laptop. Good guy on a mission to build a business. I highly recommend you giving him a shot if you have IT/personal computer issues you need remedied.
