We went there to find ourselves new pillows and came out knowing a lot about sleep hygiene and some myth bursting facts from Mr.Evan, who is so informative. He personally took time to call our mattress company and enquire about the type and on basis of that went on to help us the appropriate pillows. He advised on what is the correct posture, burst some of our myths by citing some studies which said the opposite of what we believed. Not only he advised us on sleep hygiene but also advised us what is the right posture to sit, what are the chairs we suppose to look for so that we dont fall into a trap of marketing. I can see the benefit of in store shopping of such things rather than online shopping. You won’t get Mr.Evan’s services online ?.

The guys in the store could not have been nicer and more willing to answer ever question thoughtfully. The delivery guys set up the chair quickly and were very nice. The chair is comfortable, well made, and beautiful. I highly recommend RTB!

Evan helped me choose the sizes of an under the knee pillow that contours to your upper and lower legs as well. The ability to test the product in store with sincerity and honesty of price and function for my need was superb. I love all the new thera pillows for under the legs in bed and the contouring adjustment seats and cushion covers for use in the car. With a spinal cord injury, these inventions become necessary. With pregnancy, even more betta. ;) Have fun while you're at it! The men working there enjoy a good smile from relief!
