Movers and Packers were great. However, our salesman Pete was way off on the estimate. We were charged over $700 more than the estimate and it's been a month of asking for an explanation as to why and still have not received one. Definitely feels like they low ball the estimate to get the business but the lack of customer service and explanation of charges makes it feel like they upcharge wherever they can and left us with a feeling like we got screwed.

Eric, David, Irving, Jose, and Fernando were great. They worked efficient and got things done in a timely manner. Didn’t leave until everything was off the trailer and put together. Even rearranged this more than once for me.

Please Beware, awful moving experience and very unprofessional, absolute rip-off.The moving day started off well, driver and team showed up on time. As the hours progressed they must have realized our possessions were not going to fit on the truck for a cross country move. The driver called another truck and told me we have over flow. He explained it to me that the quote we received under estimated the amount we were moving and the rest had to go into storage until another driver could transfer it. I was not happy but what could I do?The team was quickly trying to unload and load things on the main truck that they deemed essential and everything else would go into storage until it made it to us. Our stuff arrived, again on time a few days later, but this is where everything really went wrong. Amanda in the office was unresponsive when we called about the rest of our stuff in storage. The overflow is an after thought and they do not try to get it to you as fast as possible. What they deemed to be essential was a joke, we were missing so many items that were needed.When the overflow finally came 3.5 weeks later, items were broken, and missing. The driver was alone and I had to help unload the truck with him, in flip flops going up and down the ramp, quite the liability if you ask me! Nothing was wrapped in blankets to protect it, it was a complete joke. I received items that were not mine and missing items. One of the boxes that did not look familiar I opened thinking it was a box of mine that was repackaged because it was broken, well when I opened it it was full of cardboard and at the very bottom was a water bottle full of urine. I could not believe this is the service I payed for. Again Amanda in the office did nothing, she passed me to Angel her manager who was even worse. She won't answer my pone calls. They won't reimburse us for my hours of work or the broken and missing items that were in their possession. the only thing they told me was to fill out a claim which is a joke in itself. I will never recoup the $1000s of damage and lost items.Do yourself a favor if you care about your things and use somebody else for your moving needs! I wish I could do it all over again!

STAY FAR AWAY!! I really have no idea where to start. EVERYTHING went wrong, If you can picture the worst moveing experience. that was it. one thing that I have to say is they used unrepeatable spanish slangword among other derogatory words at my little sister thinking we didn't understand spanish. broke stuff, put gashes in the walls, were leaving and the place we moved into, most of them were sitting outside laughing rather than moveing. threw the furniture in one room on top of eachother, they moved a table that had my gameing computer worth north of 5k droped it on the floor breaking it. they said they would bring boxes they never did. Then said they would not take anothing that was not in a box so they moved hardley anything. luckily I had a Transit Van so we had move everything ourselfs it took up about 15 trips. they dumped all the clothes on the ground. I refused to sign the piece of paper that they did the job and didnt damage any walls, because they did he tried to get me to sign it right next to a huge gash they made. then trying to call customer service was a joke. they just gave us attitude. They cost us north of 20k in damages. waiting to talk to someone about the job and try to deal with insurancce they started sneakily takeing out small amounts of money when we found out we put a stop to it and now they are trying to take us to court. Movieing is not a fun experience and they made it hell for my family so I am glad they want to go to court so we can couter sue them and they can hear my familys story. Oh and they came back from lunch impaired. I do think I could have let all this go but calling my little sister a ______I cant let it go. HORRIBLE

DO NOT USE REEBIE/ALLIED MOVING. They lost THOUSANDS of dollars of my aunt and uncle’s goods when they moved from their Chicago condo. They intentionally use one-sided contracts and business practices that make it impossible to hold them responsible for their incompetency. They use a tracking system that was obsolete 50 years ago. They do not use bar coding, which is used by most major shipper in the world. They lose cartons and then refuse to pay for the contents, despite the fact that they were insured. Beware of these people!!! They are unethical!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Good on the moving service, but horrible on the items they subcontracted out to have done. If you have a pool table or mechanical bed, I wouldn't let these people touch them. We moved 2 months ago and my pool table is still in about 200 pieces on the floor. Poor project management skills from top to bottom. The subcontractor didn't assemble the mechanical bed properly, so I had to re-do most of it. Still waiting for resolution

We had the absolute best experience with my Mother’s move to Florida from Riverside , IL . I can not say enough about Frank our driver and Charlie in Chicago and then Frank, Steve and George here in Boynton Beach . They all were so respectful and took great care in moving everything . We received our shipment in perfect condition . They went above and beyond the call of duty . They even offered to help take her garbage out to the curb . In this day and age when customer service is a thing of the past , these folks delivered !!! I’m so very happy to recommend this wonderful company . Thank you for a wonderful moving experience .

Sofa was damage and one of the boxes with our computers was lost. The movers refused to use the shoe covers we provided and walked on the newly cleaned carpet and we were over charged for the hours used to unpack. Movers were nice and professional, but experience could have been better.
