Dr. Mani is at the height of his profession with education and training. He has helped me with several injuries over the last 4 years. He does a fantastic job, I always felt I was in the best of hands. When you meet with him you are 1 on 1 and not hurried off to an assistant. He knows what is required for treatment after surgeries. I would give him 5 stars.

Dr Mani is the best in his field: extremely knowledgeable, experienced with excellent diagnostic skills I was under his care 2 years ago for neck issues which have since resolved I went back to him last year for knee and leg issues when my sports medicine doctors were not helpful in evaluating my problem He has helped me with my mobility and pain issues He is extremely approachable and spends quality one on one time with his patients We are so lucky to have him in Naperville

I been a loyal customer of omta physical therapy since 2009, they always have a excelente customer service, Dr Mani the owner personally works with his clientes, he is externally knowledgeable at addressing his customers needs instead of having a physical therapy asistente working with clientes like in other big places, also you do no need to wait months to get an appointment. For this and many other reasons I give this place 5+.

I have an autoimmune disease and effects my back. Kaarthick has been a life saver!!
I've seen him for 3+ years. He understands back pain more than anyone I've ever met. He's trustworthy, direct, and knowledgeable. My life is substantially better and my pain is significantly less because if Kaarthick.
If you have any back related problems, I could not encourage you more to see Kaarthick.

Both my mother and I have seen Kaarthik Mani for physical therapy for many different treatments over a course of several years. He is an excellent therapist with “magic hands” and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for some first grade physical therapy.
Kaarthik is very knowledgeable in his field, is an empathetic and patient person and truly cares about his patient’s outcome. He does not let the patient leave his practice until he is absolutely convinced that he/she is well on the way to recovery.
I will definitely be seeing Kaarthik for any future therapy I might need.

Dr. Mani is highly professional with his work. When I was under his care, he’d exhibited a great patience with my non-stop questions and helped me understand the root cause of my pain. It was easy and comfortable to talk with him. One thing that really surprised me was that Dr. Mani was never late for my appointments. (Wow!) All in all, it was an awesome experience. Thank you, Dr.Mani!

Dr. Mani helped me with the degenerative discs in my neck. He listens well and asks the right questions to determine how to proceed with treatment. I am feeling much better after going to therapy at OMTA.

I have been going to Dr. Kaarthick on and off for over 3 years now for various injuries from a stress fracture in my foot to issues with my shins. Each time he has taken great care to diagnose, explain the injury, and help me get back to running shape in record time. One thing that sets him apart from other physical therapists is when he makes an appointment with you your appointment is your time. His treatment is individualized and his full attention is on you while you are there for the entirety of each visit. He is kind hearted, personable, and truly cares for his patients Dr. Kaarthick is the only PT I trust to help treat my injuries.

I have been seen Kaarthick Mani for a variety of issues. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. His office is clean and comfortable and his staff is always helpful.The manual physical therapy which Dr. Mani provides is unbelievable effective.Recently, I had sudden-onset back pain. I called Dr. Mani on Saturday morning and he told me to come in right away. I was barely able to walk when I arrived; an hour later I walked out of his office without pain.Dr. Mani is the only on Physical Therapist I will see and I could not more highly recommend him to anyone in need of PT.Mary J Doody

Dr Mani is an incredible physical therapy physician! He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your concerns and condition. He does a lot of manual therapy vs other therapists who sometimes just assign an exercise plan and leave you to get better on your own. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Mani as I'm positive it is his care that has kept me from the back surgery I thought I was headed for a few years ago. My primary care physician recommended his services to me, and now, having finding such relief, I strongly recommend him to everyone in need of care, especially those that are considering surgery for musculoskeletal conditions!
