By far my best experience for an oil change! Incredibly fast service, VERY clean shop and great pricing. Hugo helped me out and was fantastic! Straightforward, polite, and went the extra mile for me. I really appreciate.
I don’t have any past bad service horror stories to share, which is why when I say this is the best I’ve had, it should say they truly exceeded standards.

Many years ago I used to go to the one in Lisle. Took two cars over to the one in Naperville and was happy to see the service is the same and I saw a face I recognized from the Lisle location. Quick and good service, informative and helpful

I never post reviews but felt this was a good time to start. I've owned a variety of cars for 30 years and Oil Depot has provided better value, knowledge and service than any other car maintenance business I have ever used. They are courteous, honest, efficient, fairly priced and skilled at helping to keep your vehicle in reliable operating condition. Over the years, they have performed oil changes, bulb/filter/battery/brake replacements. They even brought to my attention a major engine issue that I was not aware of that ultimately got resolved by the car manufacturer at no cost to me thanks to the information they provided. You will not regret supporting this ethical business that goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience.

Great place (my go to now) for a quick oil change. They have top notch full synthetic or blend and filters, but are also good if you bring your own oil/filters too.
I have brought in several types of vehicles. Including a bmw (e86 n52) that is somewhat temperamental with filter replacement. No issues with anything.
Quick, easy, good prices, they always check other fluids etc, and never bother you with recommending anything extra unless absolutely necessary.

This place was a good place to go until they played me, i talked to a guy there like almost 2 weeks ago i was telling him what i thought was wrong with my car (i know nothing about cars) but i thought we set up an appointment for me to come so they can take a look at it and see what's the issue with my car, we set up a time and everything, now i live almost an hour away from this place but i have been there before because someone told me they do a good job (with oil changes) but anyway i get there and it was 2 ppl there waiting for their cars and they both got done but they told me they was not able to see me until next week!!! Like i came all the way out here to them specifically and there was NO cars there anymore so i was so confused and i thought i had an appointment to be there, if you have to go there just make sure you have an appointment and confirm it the day before cuz they be tripping

Thorough and attention to detail. Tim did an excellent job. Forfeited insight about vehicle and process. The Oil Depot is fortunate to have him. He is a natural leader indeed. Sharing aloud with coworkers about how to best execute and engage similar vehicles. Moreover, investigated air filter, tire, and lights. Great service.

Outstanding service. We have been going there since 2010. Excellent, professional and qualified people. They are the only oil change placed my husband and I recommend. We are especially pleased with the service John has provided. He does his job with integrity and he went above and beyond for us!
