This pharmacy is quite good! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the pharmacy tech was quite rude, but the pharmacist was fantastic! There were some issues with the scripts sent in by our doctor and the pharmacist (Elizabeth?) told us exactly what we needed to get from our doctor, helped fix the dosage and even called us when she had our prescriptions ready! Truly wonderful service.

Incompetent. We were in from out of town and knew we'd need to refill our pet's medicine. Since our pet cannot miss a dose, we wanted to make sure we had it at the right time, and went to the pharmacy talk with the pharmacist a few days in advance of the refill date. He looked up the script, assured us that they had the medicine in stock, and told us that he was putting the refill in for processing so we could pick it up the day after Christmas. On the 26th, not only was it not ready, they needed a new prescription from the vet, and it was out of stock. We were told meds were on order and to come back the next day after 1 pm. Next day at 3 pm, meds still aren't ready. We come back later only to find out they didn't even get the right dosages ordered. Completely ridiculous that it took 4 trips to fill a prescription and that the pharmacists continuously provided us with bad information about the status of critical medication.

I am a medicare broker. I find that prescriptions often cost less here than nearby pharmacies (walmart, cvs, wallgreens).

The Naperville Mariano's pharmacy is the best in the area. They are helpful, caring and quick. Even when they are really busy there's a low wait time. Also if you use GoodRX they are always one of the lowest priced options. Atleast for the medications my insurance doesn't cover. I highly recommend them.

Recommend everyone double check what they are being charged for their produce as I have discovered overcharging on my last three trips to the store. $0.50/item or pound is the common denominator. Once was a mistake. Twice was annoying. Three times making me think it’s deliberate. They did immediately and without question provide a refund, but really? A systemic issue that needs to be addressed.

Poor customer service. Sale items rung up at wrong price, refused to adjust the price to to be correct. *Always* out of sale items. Gigantic waste of time to even try shopping here.
