I went into this location a few weeks ago looking for information about a chair I had purchased at another store that was defective. Vance, the salesman, even knowing that there was no sale to be had, just information given, was SUPER helpful and kind.
I went in to this location today and dealt with Vance and Alex, the manager and I must say I was blown away by the superior service I received. I was exchanging the chair, again, purchased at another store, and even though this was not their problem, it was handled so professionally. (I had moved 2 hours from the original store.) Vance helped me select a chair was was a better fit for my short legs. He recommended styles and options that I was not aware of. I am SO pleased with the chair he helped me choose.
Alex had to go through a lot of computer hoops to get my situation resolved while assuring me that I was not being a pain because another store was involved. He explained some things I was not aware of and was able to handle those issues with the same enthusiasm. It was a fantastic experience. I cannot express my thanks and appreciation for this team's attitude and willingness to help all the while keeping a good sense of humor and kindness. Thank you!

They had a large selection and the staff was helpful in finding what we needed. I just wish it was not a five day wait for items they had “in stock”.

Replacing furniture can be stressful. Lazy Boy and the friendly staff at the store we visited made it easy. We were able to take upholstery samples home to see how they looked in the light there which made our selection easier. Our salesman, Vance, answered all of our questions and wasn’t pushy which we appreciated. We’re looking forward to the arrival of our new couches in 6-8 weeks.

Really great experience working with Noe. He gave really helpful suggestions but was never pushy and gave us time to look around/sit in multiple recliners while always being nearby. He helped us price out multiple options/fabrics and printed everything out so we could easily compare. Will absolutely be back to see Noe!

Dave knew EXACTLY what I needed. He was courteous, respectful and didn't try to push us to buy what we didn't need. He was very knowledgeable. I can honestly say he was the reason we did not shop around to other lazy boys or other stores in general.
