Unfriendly staff. The pharmacist actually hung up on me while I was trying to explain an error he had made. Other Osco’s I have been to seem to be a bit better. Osco's in general do not practice good customer service or friendliness.

Yesterday was a little better than the other day. Still frost bite on ice cream. I had to come back because they have unique items not usually found at other stores & I also get good delivery work here. The loud obnoxious voice I could remember in the deli that was saying gorilla the last time took a break when I came in & we locked eyes for a sec. but I'm gong to leave the rest of my complaints to management now.

Called in advanced to make sure my medications were recieved and would be ready. I was made aware that one was not in stock, which is normal for that prescription. However a daily use one was in stock. I confirmed with pharmacy staff that it would be ready for pickup and was told it would be. I came on my lunch as that was my only available time today to find it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another half hour to an hour, despite the time I was assured. Staff was friendly though throughout and I do appreciate that.

I should definitely share this good experience I had in this grocery store. I was nearby when I decided to stop in here and buy my groceries since I am already short of them. I was really surprised when I went inside to see that the store was not busy and there were like a few customers, because I am used to seeing it very busy whenever I go in here, so it was really surprising for me to see that kind of situation in the store. I was really roaming around and getting everything I needed, and it was so clean, like every aisle was just so good to look at, seeing all of the selections well organized. They have a huge variety of selections, which is why I particularly like this store. I get to choose anything that I want, and all the products are guaranteed to be of good quality. I also like their ice cream section, where, like the other products, it has a wide selection and I get to choose between different brands and delicious flavors. The prices here are just right, like they are not too expensive nor too cheap either. There are also selective products that are on sale or have discounts. Customer service, on the other hand, is good too, and the checkout is mostly quick, but there are also times that there is a long line in it. Parking is accessible and very spacious.

I am pleased with the experience I have had in the past few months at this grocery store. I have decided to have my groceries delivered here for the past few months since I noticed that this store is good, the same as the grocery store I used to visit, and I also wanted something different, and this is the only good store I could think of. There are many good things that I like about this store. It is always clean and organized, and the layout is very easy to navigate. Their inventory is good and I am always able to get literally everything. The produce and meat departments always have a fresh selection, and I also like the quality, especially the quality of their meats. It isn't too crowded either, though it can be at times, which I don't mind as long as I can do my groceries comfortably. They have regular sales and discounts on their goodies, but even with the sales and discounts, the prices are still high. Their prices are actually way higher compared to the other stores, but I still chose to go in here because I really like the quality of their products and also their good customer service. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The thing I like the most here is their fried chicken. I never miss buying their fried chicken each time I visit here because it is delicious and it is also reasonable.

The store actually has a nice selection of goodies especially on their produce where fruits and vegetables are really fresh. I already went in here for a few times and their produce is really the one I always look forward to because for me they have the best selection of it. Other selections are actually good too. The store is clean and the stocks are I must say good because there are products that are full of stock and there are also products that only have a few pieces left on the shelves. The prices are average on most of the products and there are also products that are cheaper and more reasonable. The staffs in here are friendly and helpful, however, they are really slow because the lines in the checkout was long and I had to wait for a long while and if I were always in a hurry, I would definitely not choose to go in here knowing that their checkout moves so slow even if the carts of every customer is not really that much.

I've been a Jewel customer since 1978. The service in the past has been reasonable for such a large chain. They have survived while many others like Safeway, Dominick's, Omni, Pick and Save, A&P and others have come and gone. But I have never experienced something like what happened at the Jewel Deli in Naperville IL today. There were a couple of guys working there who went out of their way to avoid serving me. Why? I haven't a clue. They both also seemed a bit... 'off' but that's a subjective observation. One was, it appeared, assigned to take orders and one -- come hell or high water, and who cares if there are waiting customers -- was assigned to do 'other stuff' ... anything it seemed except help customers. The one who was taking orders deliberately helped people behind me and then when I was the only one left he walked away to the other end of the deli and called out to other customers not even near the deli to see if they wanted anything! They didn't. Meanwhile the other guy not assigned to take customers is still busying himself moving things around and even slicing meat and weighing it rigjt in front if me for reasons unknown given he can clearly see I had been waiting almost 20 minutes to be served. When he finally ran out of stuff to do he disappeared into the back area. I don't understand why this happened but the attitude and overall strange behavior of these guys makes it clear to me that they don't belong near customers. And who is responsible for setting up customer care quality levels and managing this disfunctional station?? It really made it one of the worst customer exoeriences I've ever had. I finally walked away emoty handed and went to Aldi. I was served quickly, in order, and without any drama.

I was pleasantly Surprised when I moved here and this was our closest grocery store. it really has everything including stuff we use that is often on sale. we always have coupons we can clip on their app! If you follow on Instagram you can get free food on their giveaway days!

Jewel is a great supermarket for all your basic groceries. They have good quality food, clean and easily navigable stores, fast checkout, and good customer service. Their sale prices are good, though their everyday prices are high. It's definitely one of the best Jewel-Oscos I've ever shopped at. I'm very lucky to be so close to this one. It is always clean, and I always just feel very happy when I'm shopping in this store. I also feel like I'm upper class when I'm shopping here, even if I'm really just a twenty something trying to make their way in the world. The quality of the produce, meats, deli, and bakery are unmatched. That part of the store is always immaculate and I typically want to buy everything in sight when I'm in this part of the store. The service is always excellent and today, when a long line formed in the express lanes, the managers reacted quickly to get extra help and handled all the checkouts I could see in a quick, efficient and courteous manner. Bravo Jewel Osco! Great job.
