We had a very friendly, professional, sales person, Ann Soloman, who gave us guidance and the information we needed to make good decisions. Then the scheduler contacted us when the products were in so they could be installed. We had two installers, both were very efficient and neat. They answered all the questions we had and were friendly and professional. We will certainly use JC Licht again and recommend them highly!

Sam, Jan, and Breanna were so kind and helpful! I'm an educator working on a special art project for my students but needed some help figuring out the right type of paint and prep work needed. Sam helped me find the right product, Breanna picked out a color that I absolutely love (after having analysis paralysis on what shade of blue to choose) and Jan helped me find paint that was in my budget range for the school. Thank you so much for your support, patience, and advice. I'm so excited to show you the final product once my students complete it!

I had Holly Tlusy come to the house. It was money well spent! She was able to find a color that would tie the entire first floor of the house together and meld with our new kitchen design. If you don’t know, you receive a coupon towards your future paint purchase, which offsets the price of the consultation. I highly recommend this service!

Virginia listened to our needs and helped us find what we wanted and the color to match our paint. Our new windows looks exquisite with our new Hunter Douglas Honeycomb blinds. We also went with Hunter Douglas Pirouette shades for our living room. Our newly cleaned valances were installed a couple of days after installation and together it’s perfect. I would recommend JC Licht to anyone looking for new window coverings.

Such a great experience picking out three different papers. Lesli went above and beyond, it felt like she was working on her own house! I love them all, but am especially happy with the powder room Harlequin Sebal we found!

I had such a great experience with Lesli, my project was for an accent wall and I had been looking but nothing seemed quite right. After meeting with Lesli she gave me a swatch of Mitchell Black Halsted paper and I feel in love with it. Lesli handles all the quotes super quick and followed up through the process to let me know the status of the paper. I’d recommend her to everyone looking for help planning their rooms and decor!

Leslie is wonderful! She helped with ordering wallpaper for our basement, she was fantastic on keeping me updated on the progress of the order and followed up with me to see how I liked it once it was installed. Would recommend using JC licht to anyone! Leslie is fantastic.

I have been working with Leslie for a couple of months to choose wallpaper and paint for my dining room, kitchen, living room and foyer. Leslie has consistently gone above and beyond to be sure that I did not make any decorating mistakes — at my request! Knowing I was coming in to the Naperville store, on every occasion she had appropriate wallpaper books ready for my perusal along withcoordinating paint samples. That saved me so much time and effort! Furthermore when I just could not make a decision between 2 patterns, she, on her own time, came to my home and guided me to a decision. This was certainly above and beyond anything required of her. Leslie is the reason I will continue to patronize JC Licht.

This is one of the greatest services I've ever used for remodeling. We are painting our whole house and felt so overwhelmed with picking paint colors even though we knew the general look we were going for. We bought multiple paint samples for colors we thought we liked and then hated them on our walls and were feeling so discouraged.Megan completely changed that. We told her a few colors we were still considering and she was excellent at taking that starting point and guiding us to an even better choice for what we wanted. She tactfully shared her opinion and explained why certain colors would be better for our space but was never pushy. She was incredibly informed on trends with colors and helped us consider how the full house would come together with different undertones and color families. She helped us consider things we never would have thought about, like how a certain bright trim color might look too sterile with the natural light we get or could make our white kitchen cabinets look a bit dreary in comparison.She gave us so much advice on specific details we wouldn't have considered, like whether to paint the soffits white or the same color as the walls and the advantages of painting an angled ceiling the same color as the walls. Truly could not recommend Megan and this service more - we went from feeling overwhelmed to being so excited to have these beautiful colors in our house! I would never paint again without first using this service!
