The credit card system was down, but nobody bothered to put signs on the pumps... So every customer has to go through the process of trying to pay at the pump and their card being declined.
Before before going inside and finding out it's cash only.
They had a sign on the door of the building, but when I suggested To the cashier that they should put signs on the pumps. This cashier was completely dismissive and rude.
I understand that in that job the card system being down situation must be frustrating or stressful but I feel like my request was reasonable. I was in a hurry, my time was wasted and then on top of that, the cashier was rude. Won't be going there again.

Signed up for gas discounts... Nope... The gas pump didn't ask if I was a member or rewards number, etc.etc.To me they are behind the times..

Quick, friendly, all employees were wearing a mask, I'd definitely return! The bathrooms were clean, trash cans weren't overflowing, the floor was clean even though it was raining...I wish every convenience store was this nice!

Went to this station at 11:45 am to fill up with gas. I swiped my Circle K debit card in the pump, as per usual. The pump displayed the message "Unknown card. See cashier." I went in and the cashier told me that the Circle K card needs to be used inside the store instead of at the pump. I asked "since when?" She told me it's always been that way. Hogwash!She then informed me they just had a new system installed that morning, and some of the things that used to work outside at the pumps would no longer work.I call BS!I was then told I could swipe the card inside, she wanted to know how much I wanted. I don't know the total cost of the fuel for the amount of gas that will fill the car! We finally settle on $20.00. I then topped my car off and had to make yet another trip into the store to get a corrected receipt for the actual purchase amount.What is the purpose of having card readers on the gas pumps, especially if they won't even recognize the store debit card?What a hassle! Probably won't go back to this location anytime soon.?
