I bought my windows and siding and almost everything else and half my window parts on the have broken, my siding which was supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the color has been bleached by the sun so all the extra siding I purchased is useless unless I want different colors on my house and they won’t warranty it cause they said the company went out of business! Too me 6 months to get replacement parts for my windows! Not very happy!

Was early with my delivery, sent me right around to get unloaded. Gotta be careful, they have stuff stacked everywhere. Seemed to have just enough room to get in and out. Fast unload.

Horrible service! Dale the manager literally told me to shop elsewhere do to a 14k order of windows being re-quoted too many times. Michelle one of the girls who works there doesn’t reply to emails. This place is a joke! Never have we ever experienced such terrible service. We ordered the windows thru Home Depot because of this! Don’t waste your time here - not worth it!!!

Be aware! Horrible customer service by the lying manager himself, Dale Crossley. He didn't want to accept a return, a skylight which they claimed it was special order. The salesman said we do not have in stock so we should get it from another store. How should I have known that he actually meant "special order"? When trying to talk to Dale he simply hang up because he didn't feel like answering valid questions about why the "special order" was not mentioned on my purchase order or at the time of purchase. I am not sure how he became a manager but customer service skills are definitely something he still needs to acquire.

Busy place lot of small straightflatbed trucks.53 ft vans a little tight dock door around building and very tight to get into but doable.
