Inhumanity!!!! 95% parking spots marked for reserve. North America truck driver spends a lots of money in truck stops every year, and need to pay extra when we are to finding spots for parking , government do nothing to support drivers. TA DIESEL FUEL PRICE IS MOST EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER BRAND TRUCK STOP. Everybody doing something to make TA business down to closed ?I believe we can let it down together.

Half the parking is reserved spots. Lots of food options if you don't mind walking for 5-10 minutes, otherwise they just have Popeyes. (They closed Country Pride, like half of this chains other locations has, so hopefully it's not raining when you walk to get dinner)
Laundry room has about 4 washers and lots of dryers. Would give this location more stars if there was more free parking or more amenities to make a drivers stay more enjoyable, but it is very average for this chain, so they only get 3 stars. (Even silly things like massage chairs would be a welcome improvement)
Lots of potential for improvement, but for now it's just a typical TA/Petro... which as a corporation in general is claiming high profits but neglecting to keep professional drivers happy. Expect a canned response from them.

I swear the skinny girl who work on the desk she’s the worst person ever, she doesn’t do her job, the mechanic aren’t that bad but this girl got under my skin, if you see this girl at the shop just run with your truck, she is a waster

Almost all the parking lots are Reserved and empty, and after spending 620$ for fuel I still need to pay 24$ for parking. Very stingy people with no juice of marketing, you can make more money, having most of parking free but full of trucks, people are spending more money buying stuff in mornings and nights, than you are collecting for parking.

Bought a pair of pants at Concordia, MO TA earlier today. They’re extra large and don’t say junior on the tag but they’re smaller than a small size. Tried to return them at this TA, but they wouldn’t take it because according to them they don’t carry those. It’s a nationwide chain so I don’t see why they couldn’t take them back and return them to their warehouse or something but according to the manager at the diesel fuel desk they can’t. I hardly ever return stuff anywhere but you’d think a nationwide wide truck stop chain such as TA would have that in place for drivers. I write this mainly for other drivers, so that they’d at least know that if they buy an item and it’s not working for them one way or another, they might not be able to return them at another TA. Already filed a dispute with Apple ( used Apple Pay ), so hopefully I’ll get my money back that way but in either case I won’t just be buying any merchandise at any TA/Petro, I won’t be stopping there at all. Oh, and I’ve been driving since 1996 so I’m not some newbie that has nothing better to do than deal with this kind of problem!

My own personal experience.. First TA I've ever been to that all the mechanics in shop were actually working.. All of them.. Never seen that before. Got me right in . Got right on job.. thank you...

Bothering in the middle of the night because they haven’t checked the system that I have already paid for my parking. They knock on the truck like crazy. I hope they will get wake up like this for the rest of their life and never have a good sleep. Amen. !!! $ 24 !!! For reserve parking!!!!

Lots of Parking... Too Bad it is all Reserved.
It's gotten worse and it's still Dirty.
$24 now to Park.
Tried to use my Loyalty Card but now it doesn't show my Information and it doesn't show any Points.
Wonderful!
I guess somehow my Card was effectively Erased.
Yet another reason to avoid stopping at the TA.

A thousand empty parking spots and you're paying somebody to ride around and beat on driver's doors late at night about paying for a parking spot?
I wouldn't spend a quarter at this truck stop.
It is clearly ran by incompetence and greed. Your parking lot is virtually empty on a weeknight for a reason!

I had to use the restroom,,so I used a shower credit just so I can poop alone without smelling someone else poop in the stall next to me !! I feel amazing
