Marathon gas uses Top Tier Fuel. It is only one of two such stations in Mt. Vernon. I've never had to wait for a pump or had problems with a pump. They aren't usually the cheapest in town, but there not usually far off the lowest price. Regardless, having high quality fuel is more important to me.There is a Popeye's Chicken inside. I've always enjoyed my food from there. My big dislike with this gas station is that there isn't a soda fountain aside from the one from Popeye's, so when Popeye's is closed you are out of luck. There is seating inside to eat.
