I made an appointment on June 27 to have my transmission, both differentials and transfer case serviced on July 9. I bring the truck in on July 9 and am told they do not have one of the differential gaskets. I was given the choice to have the transmission, one differential and the transfer case serviced that day and bring it back the following day to have the other differential serviced or have the total service done on the 10th. I elected to have it all done on the 10th. I go in on the 10th and am told they won't have the transmission filter until late morning!! How were they going to service it the previous day? They had close to 2 weeks from the initial scheduling of the service to get the parts in.

Poor customer service. Never return phones calls despite calling and leaving messages everyday for days on end. Then when service department needed help lady from up front with dark brown hair really short hair and glasses comes around the corner to help the long line of customers and looks at all of us and says, “Jesus Christ” in front of us. Horrible horrible horrible. And when calling to get a hold of service department you tell them that you have left several messages previously and no one returns your phone calls and they say, “well doesn’t surprise me”. I guess they don’t want my business! 10 out 10 do not recommend.

Truck went in Dec 17 th firts they claimed pcm and gas pedal sensor that didnt fix it then claimed was speaking to a factory tech they ran jumper wires off the pcm ran for 3 days charged 3000. After the 3 days same problem as before. Now the truck has been there for 8 days and no one has looked at it or called . Any one can just replace parts a dealership tech is suppose to be a technichian... truck has been there for 2 more weeks still not repaired as of 3-15-24

We have had excellent service with King City Chrysler!! Their staff is so kind and helpful. We have dealt with Kip many years and he and the staff have handled any problem we've had. We will continue to purchase our cars from them, because of their great service and kindness.

Everyone was so helpful and kind with my whole experience. I had many questions and concerns and everyone was answered within a hour of my call. Aaron was so quick to help me with every concern and to accommodate me with my schedule. I changed my mind with two different vehicles and they were extremely patient. Would definitely buy again from King City Chrysler.
