Worker are nightmare they can not speak English. There is never detergent.asked for owners number did not provide it. I called the police to make a complaint about the treatment in the laundry place . Do not go there they are terrible customer service

I like the washer over there but it's pricey for dryer$.47 for 7 minutes. The place was so dirty it was dryer sheets, dirty mask,sock and women underwear that people forgot all over the floor. This place need to lower their dryer price or put more time in the dryer.

I'm a trucker from CA. My company HQ is in Elk Grove Village a couple miles from this place. I love it here. The truckstops laundry facilities are usually really small with broken machines all the time. I can get my clothes and bedding done as if I were at home and at a reasonable price.

Nice big washers and plenty of them in different sizes depending on your load. Just wish the owners would be quick in repairs of the washers and dryers that need to be fixed. It helps if people did not overload washers and dryers. It's best to use PODS instead of powder.

Dryers are no good they take forever to dry when you don't have a lot of clothes in there there's no heat even though you can't keep pressing the button to order to start again

This is one of those laundromats that require the use of a card that you have to load with money. While convenient, I find it silly that they require the card to use order from a vending machine or to use the restroom. Also, there's no hot water available from the restroom sink! How is somebody supposed to properly wash their hands after touching dirty clothes without warm water?

Love this place for my drop off service but lately there’s a younger girl that has been working there when I go to drop off the Laundry with my bf where she doesn’t stay in the front. This is the second time we have gone around 11:30-12 where she is nowhere to be found.Today he ended up waiting 20 minutes in the front trying to pay for his clothes and no one attended him so he left.Please fix this because I spend money weekly getting laundry done only to miss days because no one is on the front.

Have to use one of their custom cards which means if you use them once you lose money as card will still have some money on it when you are done. Would avoid this place like the bubonic plague. I was in town and needed washer late at night, they lock the doors at 1055pm so you are stuck inside waiting for your clothes to finish

Try his place is really dirty, the bathroom is always dirty. The ladies need to spent more time on cleaning the place instead of spending it on the phone and need to train them on how to treat their costumers when they ask for help. And the advertisement they have about if you spend certain amount of money and you get a gift card is false or they just say we don’t have the cards at the moment. But they sure like to raise the price on the washers and dryers. BBB need to be call on this business.

Many options in town and you will think that competition would drive fair prices but NOOOOOO.i came to this one because the other ones just a few hundred feet away were very busy. I had to purchase the card and put minimum of 40 dollars just to do a 3 loads, very expensive, one wash and one rinse its not enough.need more time?have to add more money, want hot water? have to add money, want to use bathroom?, have to slide the card. I was wondering if they charge to breath in there too.first time and last time. i don't recommend this place way to expensive.
