“I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone! We came to town for just one day for a relative's funeral and were desperately trying to find a shop that was open to buy flowers. This was the only shop open on a holiday, working from 9 AM as listed on Google Maps. “Siblana (esp Jill) knocked it out of the park for our South Asain Fusion wedding weekend at the Westin Hotel in Lombard. My husband and I had a lot of requests, and not many ideas. Jill and her team skillfully incorporated and built on our vision to create a breathtaking ceremony/reception space. We couldn’t have been happier with how the space looked and how our initial ideas translated so seamlessly from the design process through the sample and finally the wedding and reception. “Incredible work and friendly, helpful ladies! I called two days before my wedding and they helped me make an appointment for two days after. I brought them SO many flowers and they were able to make so many beautiful items from them. So many options for gifts and keepsakes. The result was absolutely gorgeous. Not only do my husband and I get to continue to enjoy our gorgeous wedding flowers day after day, but my bridesmaids, MOB and MOG love their gifts (wine stoppers and coasters). Also thrilled to support this mother-daughter small business. It was actually really fun picking out the different items. “I can’t say enough about how thoughtful, kind and professional the personnel at Kiki’s are. About a month ago, I placed an order for a plant and flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law who had been taken to Lutheran General Hospital. Prior to delivery and without my asking, Kiko’s called the hospital to ensure she was still there and able to accept delivery. They learned she was in the ICU, which doesn’t allow live plants. They then called me with the offer to refund or hold my order until she was released from the ICU. When my sister-in-law returned home, the plant was delivered the following day and was absolutely beautiful. She was thrilled. I truly appreciated their flexibility and proactive approach in addition to the delivery of a beautiful product.”

During the first meeting, Justina provided me with a detailed and organized quote that listed all of the flowers ordered and inspiration pictures of each one. This was very helpful for me throughout the wedding planning process and helped make sure that nothing was missed and that we both had the same understanding of what was expected. We had a couple of meetings leading up to the event where Justina went through all of the details with me again and made any necessary changes. Then finally on the wedding day, everything was delivered and set up timely, exceeding my expectations. All of the bouquets, reception centerpieces and church decor looked beautiful. We received so many compliments and they came out beautiful in pictures.”
“In a word, “wow”! I ordered (i.e., asked nicely for) 25 roses for my anniversary, and Hlavacek of Glenview did not disappoint. They were super helpful and respectfully listened to my novice request for “two-toned” roses. (I’m not an an expert.) Based on prior experience, I knew they would be outstanding, but my wife said, hands down, these are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. They really are amazing.
