By far the best office, I got my DOT exam done. An amazing experience from the time that you enter the office until the time you leave. The wait time is great, no more than 15 mins. I'm sure depends on day but it was fast. The staff is absolutely wonderful they have great people skills and an amazing personalities. You feel relaxed and welcomed every time. They answer all questions. If there was such thing as a perfect staff this would be it. Thank you so much I will be coming here every year.

I came in to get my DOT recert. From the time I walked in and until I walked out, my experience was amazing. They were so friendly and made things so easy and comfortable. Even though I didn't get the results I wanted, I know from the doctor that it's only for my benefit. He was so nice and explained everything so personally. I live out of state but if I could come back again, I would. The front desk receptionist was so funny and sweet. A lot of Doc offices I go to, the receptionist are always rude and cold. The service here was perfect.

Decided to go to this medical center after reading all the good reviews, but my husband's experience was not good AT ALL. My husband visit this office yesterday afternoon, he doesn't speak English and no one even tried to help him with filling up the questions on the computer. After receiving his certification on the email I noticed his last name was showing as his first name and his first name as his last. Even though he provided them with his license as his form of ID, I guess they don't care to take the time and make sure all info matches and its correct before proceeding. Apparently they only care to collect the $100 for the service and bye bye. I had to send my husband back a second time to get this fixed before submitting his card to the state DMV just for them to charge us again $25 in order to make this change. Dr was very rude too, my husband explained to him his English was not good and he just replied with this is not my job to help you fill out the info on the computer. Will never be back again.Answering Emery's response to my review....You didn't offer any help. After paying $100 for the renewal yesterday, we had to pay again today $25 to fix the name. Never in my review I said it was the office's mistake, what I said was you don't offer any help to someone who doesn't speak the language and clearly said he didn't understand. "some lady" on the phone with him was me, his wife, and I clearly heard when he was told by a male person, that his job was not to help fill out the computer form even though my husband asked for help and said he couldn't understand. Services shouldn't always be about the money...

After my total knee replacement, went to Emery to receive my rehab therapy, found out that all the staff was very kind and helpful, but, above that extremely professional and knowledgeable of my needs after surgery. They have me up and walking in no time, even my Othopedic surgeon was surprised of my advancement during my 3 week follow up visit.Tky guys for everything.!
