Dr. told me to get compression glove. Woman did not want to measure my hand, then after she did, insisted that it would be too loose. Trusted her; big, big mistake. Expensive item, signs all over saying No Returns. Glove was waaay too tight. Hurt-did not help- my hand. Would never, ever go there again.

So, I think this place is so good, because the service is great and also every time I walk in I feel like at home. So personally I recommend it because they have all the supplies for diabetic people.

Broke my big toe and didn’t want to use crutches so I researched medical supplies and found this place. I was very pleased just talking on the phone with someone with experience that was able to guide me into a proper boot so I no longer needed crutches and had support I needed for healing. The name on my receipt from young lady that helped me was Sanchez! Thank you so much for your experienced help!

I had a really positive experience buying both compression stockings and a special recliner chair for a family member. Real concern was shown for being sure I was buying the items that would best help my loved one manage her condition. It is wonderful to have that type of invested, caring business owner in downtown Mt. Prospect.
