Today my visit at ace went very well, found exactly what I wanted thanks to nick, he was very polite and cared about my project.

Came in with a couple of car keys to be cut. The guy at the counter flat out told me he wouldn't cut my keys since I didn't buy them there, "because we want to make a profit." Really?! So much for being the helpful place. I guess the tools I was eyeing in there will have to come from a big box store instead.

nice people, a nice little hardware store. great if you are close and need something basic. they don't carry everything so they might not have something less common.
