I always have a jam-packed day-to-day with meetings and appointments, etc. and it has been a nightmare on top of everything working with my auto-insurance company. Doty's Collision Center took this headache off my plate completely and got everything sorted. Their body work is so phenomenal that my wife's car looks like it just rolled off the factory line. They also cleaned it inside and out which was a fantastic surprise and made my day. Andrew was professional, friendly a great help. It was awesome working with Doty's Collision Center. I’m new to the Mt Carroll área I needed my car to be towed from my house to kunes that’s about a mile and a half and they charged me 195 dollars that’s crazy I WILL NEVER USED THEM AGAIN very disappointed
