Friend parked car at my home. Was taken off my property which it not a problem due to not being mine. Company driver destroyed my yard while trying to be quick and sneaky. Keep in mind all this was on camera. Called the company and they hang up on you instead working with an upset person while telling them they could have knocked on the door for keys. I would not recommend that driver nor the customer representative that answer the phone. Rude and extremely not caring of others private property

ILLEGAL TOWING COMPANY. No notice of tow. No proof of being able to tow. And try to charge you for your own Property out of your vehicle. Extremely illegal Company!! Do not recommend

Took them weeks to get the vehicle after the finance company said they'd have it picked up next day (voluntary). Called them to see when I could get our disabled child's car seat so we're able to legally get him to appointments, and our own license plates, and they charge 80 dollars even if they've barely had it for any time at all and don't have that much. Just another way to make money off hurting families.
