Rows and rows of empty cardio machines, tiny weights section in the back that’s always packed. Worse in the summer when teens get their free membership. Some folks will monopolize one of the three weight benches for hours.very hard to get a consistent workout when you can’t get on the station you need. Very clean, nice staff. Needs a reconfigure.

nice place but worst sttufing they don’t know what they do
i was a member 2years ago and last year i diced to cancel my membership so i give them a call they said they can’t cancel it trough the phone i need to go to the location so i did and they told me im good they cancelled it but the truth is they didn’t they was charging me the whole year and 6 months when i find out i want to the location a gain the coworker he told we can give you the refund but you need to come see the manager i want 3 times in the time it soupose the manager be there but i never find him , so today i called him he said that i cant do anything for i juste can refund you for 1 month only
so planète fitness at morton grove location they are skamer and the manager and coworker they are not qualified for their position be a way from this location please ? thank you

Friendly staff that are able to help, although it is smaller than other branches with less of each type of equipment. Not usually an issue but does get crowded during busy times of day.

It’s a nice place with everything I need! I wish it had more machines but considering the space, unless it upgraded with a second floor it’ll be a wait haha. I’m happy with what it has now. It’s on the smaller side but it’s still quite large! There’s a lot of people but honestly bareable compared to XSports.
My favorite about PF is the app. It tells you when it’s super busy and honestly is awesome.
The air circulation is lovely as well. Even on a hot 90 degree day, I feel the nice breeze from the huge fans.

Everything was fine here until a few weeks ago when the a/c broke. The first few days were fine since I assumed they would be getting it fixed but here we are weeks later and it’s still broken. I’m disappointed as this should be a main priority for a gym in the summer. I noticed one day the air was set to 62 and it was 80 degrees in there. I’m upset with this considering I pay a monthly fee. Also, the scanners have been broken for over a month. Which means the crowd meter doesn’t work. I also wish they had more smith machines, they’re usually taken. I will say, the staff seem to try their best to welcome you and say bye when you leave.

Chairs with water massage do not work at all, some problems, constantly fix these chairs where water massage is done!

Very nice place to do your routine. Generally in the morning it is not very busy. I can't say what an experience it can be in the afternoon, I guess it's more fluid and more traffic.
Ample parking, area to leave your bicycle if you wish. The bathrooms are clean most of the time.
The staff is very pleasant and attentive to keeping the facilities clean.
And above all, all the members are respectful and aware of the time spent on the machines.
They also have a drink fountain, if I'm not mistaken, only for Black Cards.
Menbresia is the most attractive.
And without further ado it fulfills its mission.
