This is the worse repair & paint job I've seen. Earl Scheibs could do better work. The entire side is scratched from sanding
/buffering, the mud flap, blk wheel cladding is loose with missing clips. Aaron stated he would order and install new ones but failed to do so. The car came in for a 9 inch scratch but is leaving out with more damage. Do yourself a favor and read the bad reviews and let crash champions crash and burn. This is the 2nd screw up. Last year I had small rock chips fixed by them and boy did they screw that up too (1st charged for paint but did not paint the car and Whatever used to cover the repair washed off, 2nd attempt the paint did not match and more scratches from them, 3rd attempt the paint was blended properly and now looks great but a 4th attempt was needed to fix more damage caused by them). SMH!
Photos of the 1st job on the hood also included. If you like your car, be warned. You will probably need to sell it after bringing it here.

Don’t have enough good things to say about my experience with Crash Champions and most importantly, my guy Aaron. I legit just dropped the car off and didnt deal with a single thing until i picked it up. Seriously took solid care of me and my car (that’s been through it) and it came out looking brand new. Solid communication and customer service was a 10/10 from start to finish. Hopefully, I never have another accident but should I, I’ve found my spot. Thank you all so much!!!!

Set an appointment to get an estimate for hail damage to brand new Volvo. When I arrived for my appointment they said they were swamped and could not do the estimate but could schedule the car for repair and they would work directly with my insurance company. I told them I wanted to get estimate with them and another vendor before committing to who would do the work. They reset the appointment to review the car for an estimate. I brought the car back for them to look it over. It’s been 2 months and still have not gotten the estimate back. I got my car fixed at EZ Tech and happy with their work. I guess crash champions has more business than they can handle.

The repairs were done well and quick. The thing that will make me use them again is their communication. I have never worked with an auto repair place that was so good at keeping me in the loop.
Updated August 21 2024. It is unfortunate that I have to amend this review. I found some issues on the inside of my car about a month after the hail damage was repaired, the damage was caused by Crash Champions. I have now spent the better part of another month trying to get this issue fixed. I have been told repeatedly that I would get a call when the part was in and their interior person could fix the issue on the inside of my car. I now feel like I am being stonewalled, I am not being called back and really get the feeling that They want me to give up and walk away.
I’m still leaving this at three stars because I still stand by the original review. I’m just very disappointed on the handling of the interior issue and the poor follow up in getting the issue resolved.

We brought our car in and were told for almost seven weeks that our parts were ordered and they would call me when they arrived. We called every week for an update, every week the same story, always next week. Finally took our car to Gerber Collision who had the car completed in less than two weeks. Parts were not an issue with them, all parts came in within less than a week. I feel like we had been lied to by Crash Champion. I would have appreciated them just telling us they were too busy instead of stringing us along and causing us extra costs on rental cars.

Do not take your vehicle here. They have a text message system that attempts to keep you informed but the people do not give you information. I had to call to get updates and they did not keep their promises. They kept my car for 3 weeks and my car sat for 5 days before they touched it and it took a week before they told me how long the repairs would take. Good luck, try somewhere else.
