But when technology doesn’t work customers can become patients in hospitals and lead to health outcomes and increased costs. ALI, the pharmacist at the midlothian IL location truest cares about his customers and their health and he proved that by going above and beyond to assure my daughter received her medications regardless of the tech issues occurring at the time. THANK YOU Ali for over abundance of kindness during a stressful time for myself and my daughter. It did not go unnoticed and because of you alone I was able to get my daughter her medication on board that will hopefully prevent her illness from becoming worse. A million thanks!!!!!”

“I basically live at the CVS in Midlothian. The ladies all know me and are the best. Unfortunately there seems to be a new manager, his name is Joe. He's the most unpleasant, rude and all around wrong person to have at this store. I've come across him too many times and will make sure their headquarters know. I'd give 5 stars if not for him.”
