App and online service and process is broken. Ordered a laptop and had it delivered to my mother. 2 days later I get order cancelled. I was in Germany and waited until I was stateside to call. Nobody had a clue why it was cancelled. Finally get someone who says oh order it again maybe you can't ship it somewhere else other than to yourself. Maybe? Then they say oh the computer is no longer available. Tonight I try to have an order delivered to me. Keeps asking to verify my membership number and that I have to go to a store and fill out an application. What year is it at Costco? 1985? I get into a chat and that person says not sure call the store. Does anyone working there have a functioning brain cell? I'll go to Walmart.com And get my goods.

Service, particularly in the hearing aid department is excellent. Prices are very good. The one issue is an irritation. Have you ever taken a relatively long time to find your car in the parking lot? Over 4 months ago, I suggested to the assistant manager that they should put aisle and row signs on the parking lot poles. To me that seems relatively easy and inexpensive to do. Hasn't happened.

Let me start by saying I love Costco. I do 90% of my shopping at Costco. I just moved to this area and did not have a good first impression of this store. The store overall is clean and nice definitely not as busy as the store I am used too. My issue is with the staff. I was asked about 5 times while trying to shop to show my membership card. I get asking for a glance at the door. However when it comes time to pay I wouldn't be able to get anything without a valid card. So why was I asked to show it multiple times as I was shopping? I did not get a smile or hello from staff until I was walking out. I witnessed another staff member yelling at a lady when she was asking where to put her car for loading some items. Overall will I still shop at Costco? yes. However I will probably drive a little further to get a more welcoming environment.

Had a very rude experience that caught me entirely off guard with Jeffrey, and elderly man at a candy sample station. Management should talk with him about being on a power trip and attempting to argue with people not even taking his samples.

one of the worst exp... called costco tire one they dont have a person working in there or what. 25 mins on hold like what the f***. then you call and a manager to transfer and it kept ringing and ringing for 15 mins..the phone call xfer in ive and i spoke with adimn staff and she went over to get some one who was a moron that cant find my car with my name phone number my plates...he just kept saying NO i need your membership #.....THEY ARE MORONS. I wanted to make appentment for tire rotation....i would not go to mettawa, il costco....So asked him when does my warranty ends and he gave a customer service number....like what the f*** I made a mistake and bought my tires for costco.....is going on.... So i like ok i let me try lake zurich, il costco well they are even worst...stupid phone just kept ring and ring and ring for 1 hr...then got furstrated and spoke to member service who didnt even let me finish and just xfer the call and same thing no one answered the call....So i asked for maganer and then she puts me on hold and in a min got someone on the phone to have the same exp....like what heck if going on.... l im trying to find out when my warranty ends so i can drop you morons and go to someone else that values my time and money.....

This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.

Very organized with lots of choices. However this place will be busy on weekends. We never have any trouble finding parking because there's just a rotation of cars coming in and out. I always find the clothes they have are great quality especially for the price. Self check out goes by pretty fast even with the long lines. I think because there's someone directing the traffic.

This is my Costco of choice. Store is generally very clean and orderly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recently used the Optical Dept. and was less than impressed with glasses I got. Will be returning them for further adjustment or refund.

Without a doubt the most unfriendly, unhappy, and rude humans in one place at any given moment. Workers are not friendly either. I'd rather drive 2 hours away just for the chance to not encounter this collection of jerks. Store itself was clean but crazy busy.

In general we like this store and we are shopping a lot at this store, but the day before Thanksgiving me and my wife had terrible experience there. We needed to return Dyson vacuum with receipt and store manager wouldn't accept return for no reason and was very rude. According to store policy Costco must accept return, but this store manager was creating his own rules. When we said that we pay membership and entitled to return this item he said we can refund your membership fee and Costco doesn't need you, handed receipt to us and went somewhere. We went to different Costco location and returned the vacuum with no issues. This manager was very bad : instead of resolving issues he created them.
