“It was a busy morning for flat tires. I had tried to get Britton's Truck Garage but all that guy did was Charge me $20 to put some air in my tire! Outrageous. I managed to get my car to Plaza Tire Service and they fix my flat for $26. They did a great job compared to Britton's Truck Service who is a complete rip off.”

“I cannot thank Ralf enough for his expertise, kindness, and quickness. On a 12 hour roadtrip we stopped in Paducah for lunch and gas. After getting gas, the car wouldn't start and wouldn't start even when we walked to AutoZone and got a new battery. Uh oh. It's the starter and that thing was DEAD. To make matters worse, it was a Sunday when hardly any mechanics are open. Luckily Ralf WAS. Not only was he open, but he was incredibly helpful and kind as we talked through all the logistics of timeline and towing and getting a hotel. As I was figuring stuff out I called him back like 8 times and he was always kind and frank in every call. He ordered us a new starter right away and was able to fix it the next day. He was the most communicative mechanic I have ever had, which was so so important and helpful for us as we figured out this stressful situation. He was also very reasonably priced to boot! I will be thinking about Ralf and his wonderful help for a very long time. Thank you thank you thank you!”
