I have frequent this establishment multiple times, spending hundreds of dollars on multiple different occasions on cigars. This particular day I assumed would be no different. As I walked in the store I was greeted kindly as typically done here. I responded in kind and proceeded to select cigars located in back. Upon exiting the humidor i located the smaller humidor and began examining them seeing as at this point I have purchased enough to make use of one. I was asked if assistance was needed at which i declined and continued perusing the selection of humidor their capacity and capabilities. It was at this point that i noticed the women working the establishment had been lingering the area attempting to be inconspicuous as she watched me. As I ponder the options again she interjected asking if i needed assistance. At this point i became frustrated as this being a subtle tactic which many utilize as an attempt to deter theft from retail establishments. This in culmination with the fact I am a black male shopping as well as 2 others who are white are not receiving such interest in assisting. This implicit bias is tiresome and demeaning to my efforts of patronizing this establishment. Do better. Will no longer subject myself to an iota of offense by places that exist from uses of people’s disposable income. Especially mine.
PS there is another cigar shop in the same complex.

I like this store, only complaint is the dude in the fedora is kinda cheap and will not let it go if you are short 10 or 25 cent, all smoke shops don’t really tax if you pay cash but this dude wants the last penny or he won’t be able to make his house payment

Love this place for all cigar picks. Never had a stick burn poorly from here and the selection is fantastic. Owners are knowledgeable and very friendly. Give em a shot, I dont think you'll be disappointed.

Every time i come they either up-charge or undercharge me and i get the same 4 packs of games i don't understand why every time i come in there its a different price for the same items and every time I express that they make excuses and the pictures only show 2 of the cards i use with them cause this where i always go to get my stuff
