THEY SCAMMED ME DONT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $1,000 JUST TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Ordered a bed for my daughter. First order arrived with 5 broken pieces without which the bed cannot be assembled. Upon talking to customer service the broken pieces were resent. This time it took them over 2 weeks to arrive. 3 of the pieces arrived broken again. Bed could still not be assembled and my daughter continued sleeping on the floor.Had another conversation with customer service and requested cancelation. The customer service agent ignored the request and said she would resend the pieces again, but couldn't rush the order. Two weeks later the pieces hadn't arrived yet. I contacted customer service again with another request to cancel. I had already order an new bed from another store. I was told that they would send me the pieces again and that they have not been shipped.At this point it has been approx 2 months after my original order. The non broken replacement pieces never arrived and no one has canceled the order. I submitted a claim to cancel the order through the bank and this scam of a store claimed that they had sent it. I have all of the conversations with them and will get my money back but will make sure to NEVER shop there again. Terrible customer service and no ownership. I would shop elsewhere.

Hi , my reasoning for a three is to be told by many factors that contributed to its decision. I will say that my sales person was very helpful and patient with helping me to look through their catalogs. One thing that I will say could have improved was their catalog listings. The listings were sort of outdated and lacked the variety that I was looking for at the time. I did find furniture but I will say to everyone stopping in take the time to pick exactly what you're for in furniture.

We purchased a leather and wood executive desk chair $849. It came damaged, wood broken and separated from leather. They would not take it back or refund money. Horrible company!! Never will buy from them again!!

Both beds supposed to be the same but their not! One sinks in and the other remains hard as a rock . I got my kids complaining ?. Now I am looking for two new beds again . This was berly 2 months ago and I really did feel I was getting a good deal and now I know why! Watch out for these scammers

I was looking for a mattress and discovered one stop furniture on google. We set up a time to meet and everything went smooth. The selection is great and the pricing is fantastic. Hamza, the owner son was great and very knowledgeable about the different ranges of mattresses. The entire process was swift. I would definitely recommend looking into then if you're in the market for a new mattress..

Can you give Negative Stars???One Stop Bedrooms is absolutely horrible. It was a terrible experience from the beginning. If I know what I know now I would have cancelled my order and gotten my money back. First they kept giving me wrong and inaccurate information about my delivery and timing. Their website isn’t even close to being accurate and when you contact their customer disservice you either get no answer or wrong information.Once my furniture was actually delivered it had the wrong chairs. When I contacted them they refused to even listen and said that was what ordered even though I placed the order on the phone and confirmed it. The didn’t care at all and the other customer disservice rep wasn’t even interested in trying to help. They get your money and it’s screw you! Since they are in New York I have no recourse but accept a dining set I didn’t want and am out over $3,000. DON’T make the same mistake I did. Go to a reputable dealer not crooks like One Stop.Run away before you make the same mistake I did.

Fantastic customer service and amazing furniture! You can see the passion within the store and the employees going out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I originally was just going to browse but ended up buying a beautiful couch. Would shop here again.

I buy my furniture here all the time they always give me the best attention and the owner always gives me the best prices yes they have delays on their delivery’s but that’s because I order from different companies but they made sure I knew to expect delays and that was perfectly fine with me honesty goes a long way love it here
