Bought a 2011 Ford Edge with low miles. Karl was great to work with and the vehicle was exactly as it was described. One thing I liked was Motozone does not finance so we came prepared, negotiated a little, settled up then drove home in the new to me car. Highly recommend Motozone and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Worked with Karl to get my new 05 Caddy STS. Got him the cash and he got me the car and the docs. Trucked it over to New Jersey. Never set foot near Illinois. Loving it now. Can't lie, was unsure along the way. Couple of 1 to 5 review reviewers. Is this for sweepstakes? No. Legitimate enterprise. Of course, there's stuff I know I'm gonna fix obviously. He was patient and provided the docs. 3000 mi one grand powertrain.

Bought this Infiniti EX35 today from Moto Zone. The car was in decent shape. I was particularly impressed by the owner and staff. They are very friendly and willing to help with my requests. Anecdote: Right after I bought the car and it started pouring, I found water leaking from the top on the passenger side. Immediately I called Moto Zone, they asked me to drive back to check. It turned out to be drainage hole on the roof was blocked by leaves. They quickly fixed it by blowing air into the hole, and tried different ways to verify it was fixed. I was super impressed. Would definitely recommend it.
One suggestion: It took me some time to locate the place, maybe put a sign somewhere on the road.

Just bought a beautiful 2006 Cadillac. I live in Wisconsin and I needed to know as much about the car as possible before making the drive to Illinois. Karl answered all of my questions in a prompt and professional manner. Pricing and policies were clearly explained. Transaction was smooth and easy. Karl assured me that the few small detailing concerns I had would be taken care of when I come back to drive the DTS home.
